**★ Pet Policies**

All pets coming along with the guest need to be entered in the booking information, and the host must be informed about the pet details. The pet fees will be collected after the reservation depending upon the length of stay and pet details. We don’t charge pet fees in the normal booking rate due to limited options that align with our cleaning rates. Instead, we charge the following pet fees on top of the booking fees:

**Up to 36 Lbs**

* $15 per night per pet (for stays of 1–7 nights)
* One Time $150/pet/stay (for stays of 8–29 nights)
* One Time $200/pet/stay (for stays of 30+ nights)

**Above 36 Lbs (Double Rate)**

* $30 per night per pet (for stays of 1–7 nights)
* One Time $300/pet/stay (for stays of 8–29 nights)
* One Time $400/pet/stay (for stays of 30+ nights)
