Living & Dining
The main living areas boast a bright, coastal luxury vibe with plenty of space to relax and gather. The living room features a decorative fireplace, and 65` smart TV perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Adjacent is a spacious dining area with a dining table, ideal for family meals or group dinners. The first floor sunroom features a reading nook with two cozy egg chairs and a shuffleboard table. The open layout encourages easy flow and comfortable socializing.

The second floor hosts Bedrooms 1 through 4. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, dresser, and closet. Bedroom 2 features a king bed, dresser and closet. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, closet, while Bedroom 4 offers a king bed, closet, and a sunny sunroom perfect for relaxing. Bedrooms 3 and 4 also share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub + shower combo.

On the third floor, Bedrooms 5 and 6 offer the remainder of the sleeping space. Bedroom 5 includes two bunk beds—each with a double bed below, single bed above along with closet space and a dresser. Bedroom 6 contains two queen beds with ample closet and dresser storage. Additionally, the 3rd floor features a claw-foot tub and shower combo, adding some vintage character.

Washer & Dryer
The kitchen leads to the laundry room (washer & dryer in house), located a few steps away in a separate, large room - perfect for keeping chores out of sight.

This home is professionally managed by Host House LLC, a Ventnor based short term rental manager, ensuring you and your guests are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, you`re automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection.

DAMAGE WAIVER: The charge listed as “insurance fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.

TV`s:
All of our Tv`s are Smart Tv`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

PARKING:
The driveway accommodates 3 cars, and we also provide two parking permits for street parking, which is required in the neighborhood.

STAIRS REQUIRED:
This is a 3 level home with 10-12 stairs being required to access each level.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
