Das Spielhaus! Whirlpool, Spielzimmer, Feuerstelle, Familienfreundlich

Thank you for staying with us! We’re glad the home was a perfect fit for you and your group. We would be happy to host you again, anytime!

Thank you so much! We truly appreciated hosting you and your family. We hope to see you again soon in Columbus!

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet expectations, as we strive for 5-star stays and hate that this was not your experience. We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. At no point were you or your wife blocked from leaving a review. We also communicated with you several times during your stay, and these concerns were not brought to our attention at that time. Unfortunately, they were only shared after checkout, which did not allow us the opportunity to address them. Had we been made aware, we would have gladly sent our cleaning team back right away. We remain readily available to all guests so any concerns can be resolved quickly during their stay. We also want to note this is a pet-free home. The rugs are thick, high-quality, handmade rugs that can naturally shed lint, which seems to be what was noticed. We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept home and wish we had the chance to address these concerns during your stay. We remain committed to providing a consistent, high-quality experience for all future guests.
