Pack up the provided beach gear—including a cooler, chairs, and umbrellas—and spend the day on the pristine shores of Manasota Key, just 30 minutes away. Or head 10min to Punta Gorda to enjoy shops, restaurants and bars or take a dolphin or sunset cruise along the beautiful Peace River.

Enjoy this welcoming home in a quiet neighborhood but minutes from beaches, parks, shopping, dining and many other local attractions. Start your day with a quick bite at the breakfast bar (seating for two)or at the dining room table (seating for 4). Move to the sunny sitting room adjacent to the pool with a table for four and extra seating. After breakfast head out to the private screened heated pool and relax on the provided floats. Don’t forget to shake up a few refreshing drinks at the outdoor bar or make frozen drinks using the provided blender. Sit around the bar or stretch out on the loungers or float in the pool with drink in hand. There are plenty of floats for the kids too as well as outside games to keep them occupied. It’s the perfect setup for a relaxing day!

Up for an adventure? Head north to Manasota Key for a fun-filled beach day in the gorgeous gulf coast waters. Beach chairs, towels, bags, cooler and umbrella are provided. Rather go out on the water? There are many opportunities for dolphin watches, sunset cruises, nature cruises or kayaking close by. After an exciting day unwind in the spacious living room with comfortable seating and a mounted flatscreen TV for movie nights. Kids can challenge each other to board games while you whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen featuring full-size appliances.

A private washer and dryer make packing light a breeze, while central AC and ceiling fans ensure a cool retreat from the Florida heat. When it's time to wind down, choose from four well-appointed bedrooms with mounted TVs. The primary suite features a mounted TV, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the sitting room. Need to catch up on work? The third guest bedroom also includes a desk and chair and free WiFi is available throughout the home.
