A Few Friendly Reminders



To make sure you have the best stay possible, here are some quick details to keep in mind:



The Stove: You’ll notice a small crack on the side of the stovetop. No worries—it’s completely functional and safe to use! We already have a brand-new one on the way to replace it soon.



Pups Welcome! We love our four-legged guests. Just a reminder to add your pets to your booking so we can apply the standard pet fee before you arrive.



No Parties, Please: This is a peaceful neighborhood, so we have a strict no-party policy. Unauthorized events or large gatherings aren't allowed.



Toiletries: We’ve got you covered with a starter kit of essentials (soap, TP, etc.) to get you through your first night. For longer stays, you’ll want to grab your favorite full-sized supplies at a nearby shop.



Florida’s Tiny Neighbors: We professionally treat the property for pests regularly, but in our subtropical climate, an occasional bug might wander in. You can help keep them out by keeping doors and windows shut and clearing away any leftover food.



The Tropical Backyard: Our lush greenery is what makes this place a paradise! Our team stops by 2–3 times a week to keep the pool and landscaping looking sharp. Because of the breeze and the trees, you might see a stray leaf or two in the pool between visits—that’s just part of the tropical charm!



Interaction with Guests:

Before You Arrive: We’ll send over all the check-in specifics through the app so your arrival is totally seamless.



While You’re Here: Consider us your local experts! We’re happy to help with any questions or point you toward our favorite hidden gems in the city.



Maintenance & Support Hours:



9:00 AM – 7:00 PM: We’re fully available for any standard maintenance or quick fixes.



7:00 PM – Midnight: We’re on standby for urgent emergencies only.
