The harbor and Lahaina Town are being rebuilt, and a Royal Complex and visitor center are planned next door. See the future unfold before your eyes.
Lahaina Shores 527 is professionally managed by Quam Properties, offering 24/7 customer care to ensure your accommodations meet your every need. The condo will be supplied with a beach towel, a beach chair for each registered guest, and a cooler for your use during your stay. We also provide a one-time starter kit of essentials, including detergents, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, bath towel sets, and linens.

We have a full-service, dedicated, and friendly staff, with attention to detail are our primary concern.
Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hawaiian time.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in 2. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. 3. For a cancellation notice received more than 14 days before the check-in date, a refund will not be issued, other than the departure cleaning fee. 4. This loss can be avoided if Travel Protection Insurance was purchased, and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy.
