Step inside this one bedroom studio tastefully decorated with a complete kitchen set-up. Worry free? Of course, the fully equipped kitchenette has refrigerator, stove top, microwave, coffee maker and all bed and bath linens are provided. Individually controlled heating system.

Sleep late in your comfy king-size bed and step out onto the lake-side balcony to sip your coffee in the morning. Soak in the gorgeous sunrise and lake views from your screened in balcony. So close to Gunstock, Tanger, Mill Falls and Weirs Beach, but quietly nestled behind the trees directly on Lake Winnisquam.

This second floor condo has a private entrance with a convenient keypad lock programmed with your unique code for the length of your stay. Enjoy access to the nicely landscaped, 1.5-acre Lord Hampshire property, a cozy community that boasts 650 feet of beautiful lakefront conveniently located on scenic Rt 3 just minutes from I 93. Gunstock is conveniently 15 minutes away for skiing, snow tubing and fun night skiing, too. Gunstock boasts 227 skiable acres and 49 trails, with a vertical drop of approximately 1,300 feet. Rent ice skates or catch a horse drawn sleigh at Mill Falls. Ice fish on any of the nearby lakes. Take a quick ride north for unbelievable snowmobiling in the White Mountain forest. Come back in the evening and enjoy board games with the family. We hope you enjoy your stay!!

Interested in vacationing with family or friends? We've got a second king-size bed condo right next door. Ask about availability! HOUSE RULES: PARKING is not assigned so park in any space available except in front of the dumpster.
- Each unit has one space allotted.
- Owners may save a space with a cone, please don’t move those.

Check-in time starts at 3pm. Check out is 11am. If you arrive late that’s totally fine. Just please be mindful that quiet time begins at 10pm. If you'd like to arrive before your room is ready and use the dock or take a swim, feel free.

Feel free to walk around the 1.5 acre property and sit out in the deck, etc. In the summer, go swimming in the lake.
- WATERFRONT DECK is a carry in carry out. Please take all trash with you.
- Kayaks are owned by others and NOT available for use. Rentals are available in the area.
- No glass allowed on sundeck.

Game room is under the office, on the back side of the building. There’s no change machine, so you might want to bring some quarters for the retro games or pool table.

Bedding, Towels & Toiletries:
- We provide at least one set of towels for each guest and the bed is fully made.
- We have tried to make your room as comfortable as we can. There is soap, shampoo, and conditioner available for your convenience.
- Bring your own beach towels if you will need them.

NO PETS: sorry HOA rule

NO SMOKING OR VAPING (candle or incense burning prohibited) in condo, private porch, balcony, parking lot or anywhere on HOA premises.
- HOA fine is $200 plus add’l cleaning fee if this rule is broken
- You will be asked to leave immediately.
