There is one bedroom with a king bed, 4 bedrooms with queen beds, and a bedroom with 2 queen beds. Master bedroom has a balcony and an en-suite and one of the other bedrooms has direct access to the deck. House has a total of 5 bathrooms. There are 3 full bathrooms, a bedroom with a stall shower, and 1 half bathroom. House has a large great room, a large kitchen, and 2 dining areas. Lake views are visible throughout the house and on the outdoor deck. Deck has dining and sitting areas. Access to house requires going up a short flight of stairs.

House is located at the property Hill View Motel and Cottages. Included is a heated pool, children's playground, basketball, outdoor games, and Lake George beach access across the street and a short walk away. House is conveniently located 4 miles north of Lake George Village.

NOTE: This six bedroom house is not pet-friendly. This house rents Sunday to Sunday during July and August. Lake access is a short walk and across the street from the house. Docking available for $300 per week (based upon availability.) Tax rate for this unit is 4%. There is an apartment attached to the house. This is a completely separate rental with its own separate space and separate deck. Bed linens provided. Guest provide own bath and pool towels. Kitchen is fully equiped.
