Oceanfront Viewing Deck:
One of the home's most unique features is the private deck and staircase extending toward the shoreline.
Please note that, due to coastal conservation regulations, the staircase stops approximately 10 feet before the beach, so there is no direct walk-on beach access from the property.
Instead, you'll enjoy unobstructed Atlantic views, the sound of the waves, and a peaceful waterfront sitting area just steps from the house.

Beach Access:
For swimming, sunbathing, and beach days, guests enjoy access to our neighborhood's public community beach, located just 5–7 minutes walking distance down Shore Drive. No paid sticker/permit needed, unlike other nearby Plymouth beaches.
Nearby beaches include:
• Surfside Beach
• White Horse Beach (approximately 10 minutes)
• Ellisville Harbor State Park (approximately 10 minutes)

Parking:
Parking for up to four vehicles:
• Two vehicles at the top of the driveway
• Two additional vehicles on the lower driveway

Driveway & Accessibility:
Our home sits on a hillside overlooking the ocean, which gives it the spectacular views guests love.
The driveway is steep, but most guests have no difficulty walking between the parking area and the home.
For added convenience, guests may drive down the driveway to unload luggage or passengers directly near the entrance before parking.
Please note: The driveway is steep, guests who have difficulty with inclines should reach out before booking. Once you reach the entrance, access into the home is straightforward (please see pictures for clarity).

Security:
For your safety and peace of mind:
• Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entry areas only.
• There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
• Camera footage is only reviewed if an incident occurs.
• Tampering with security equipment may result in cancellation of your reservation.
• Installing any surveillance devices is prohibited.

House Rules:

• No pets
• No candles
• Primary guest must be 21 years or older to book

Travel Insurance:
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected travel interruptions and reimbursement of any non-refundable lodging expenses.
