Dies ist ein Penthouse am Meer mit Panoramablick auf den Strand.

Es verfügt über ein Eckwohnzimmer mit einem zusätzlichen Seitenfenster, durch das Sie sich vom Meer umgeben fühlen. Hochmodernes Finish mit freitragender Granit-Arbeitsplatte, erstklassigen Schränken und luxuriösem Vinyl-Dielenboden. Es ist auch sehr sorgfältig eingerichtet mit einem Ledersofa für 3 Personen im Wohnzimmer neben einer Leder-Euro-Liege (Sofa / Bett), die die Vielseitigkeit einer Liege mit geteilter Rückenlehne, eines Sofas oder eines Flachbetts bietet. Beim Öffnen misst es 79,5 "L x 49" W, was der Größe eines Doppelbettes entspricht.

Da wir wissen, dass eine bequeme Matratze für einen erholsamen Schlaf wichtig ist, haben wir eine erstklassige Queensize-Matratze für das Schlafzimmer "Sealy Posturepedic Plus Series West Salem Cushion Firm Matratze" gekauft.

Das Gerät enthält 2 HD-Flachbildfernseher von Sony. Alle Kanäle werden in HD empfangen, einschließlich Bravo, HGTV, Food Network, CNN, MSNBC usw.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 40 "Sony BRAVIA HD-Flachbildfernseher und einen Samsung Blue Ray / DVD-Player, der mit dem Internet verbunden ist und mit Netflix, You Tube, Amazon usw. zum Streamen von Medien bereit ist.

Buena Vista Plaza ist eine sehr gepflegte Nichtraucherunterkunft. Erkunden Sie das am Strand gelegene Sonnendeck in der 4. Etage, das einen Außenpool und ein Kinderbecken umfasst. Es verfügt über ein 3-stöckiges überdachtes Parkdeck, mit dem Sie Ihre Sachen bei jeder Witterung problemlos an das Gerät bringen können. Auf der anderen Straßenseite stehen zusätzliche Parkplätze für übergroße LKWs zur Verfügung. Keine Haustiere und keine Motorräder erlaubt. Nichtraucher Einheit. Bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigene Wäsche mit.

We had a great time staying here. Very comfortably furnished. Much better than staying at a hotel. We even got to watch dolphins play from the balcony. Would absolutely stay here again

Very pleasant place to stay

The property is clean, very easy to get in and out of, conveniently located to grocery store and other amenities. Medhat does a great job communicating for ease of check in and out, also makes sure everything is okay during the week. This was our second stay here and we will be back again.

Great place to stay!

Owner was very easy to deal with and wonderful with communication. Condo was very clean. Small but slept 2 adults and 2 children well. Very nice area, not too crowded. Kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Medhat’s condo is wonderful! It was peaceful and relaxing. Just what I needed. The corner window was a great place to read and watch the dolphins. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back.

Great Views and location

My husband I really enjoyed the condo. Just the right amount of space for the two of us. We had the pool to ourselves all week, which was great as well as plenty of beach space. This was our second time staying here and we were very pleased with the seat up. Also, it being a top floor condo meant that we had awesome views out across the ocean as well as the marsh side. There are large windows on the backside of the building that has incredible views as well.

The property was well maintained and modern. the security of the property was excellent but convenient. Parking area was totally enclosed and if needed a well maintained parking lot across the street. Perfect for trailers etc. The pool was very nice as was the pool deck which was nicely private and well kept, We highly recommend this property.

Beach getaway

The place was perfect for my husband and I. The view cannot be beat and the condo had everything we needed. Easy to unload and load up with elevators and luggage carts. Beach in January was wide open and beautiful. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Very nice place in a quiet location, but close to supplies and restaurants. Nice wide & clean beach. Walking distance to pier and inlet. Well kept and supplied with all our needs. Beautiful view from a spacious and comfortable balcony. Medhat was a very conscientious host with prompt replies to all our texts and needs. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice location and place.

Owner was very attentive to answering email, contacted you to make sure everything was going well. When he says they have everything you need he means everything, including laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwasher detergent. It was really very relaxing! Nice condo too! First, Medhat is a wonderful host, always available and just so pleasant; he was a pleasure to communicate with. And then, this property and its location couldn't have been more perfect for our week of R & R at the beach. It's a wonderful home, met every expectation, and I could retire just on the balcony quite happily! It was our first stay here but I truly hope it was not the last.

2nd time to stay at this location for vacation

We were just as impressed and comfortable to be staying at Medhat's Condo again this year! He is so helpful to answer any of our questions and makes the whole transition in and out of the Condo a smooth process! We love staying at his location as the views, sounds and smells of the ocean are closer than we have ever stayed in before! Also, staying walking distance to the Pier, Restaurants, and Grocery Store is a real plus to us. Medhat was quick to respond any time we had a question about Top Restaurants or the location of something. Our son and wife from Jax, FL came for 2 days remarking "now we see why you all pick Cherry Grove and this Condo!"

EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE- My wife and I absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back. Some words that quickly come to mind are CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, SAFE, QUIET, PEACEFUL, AND RELAXING. We brought linens and towels; everything else we needed was at our fingertips. Thoroughly enjoyed the spacious balcony and the amazingly beautiful views. We felt welcome and valued. Metry checked in to make sure our arrival was okay and a time or two to see how things were going. He truly cares and everything was indeed top notch.

Could Not Ask for Anything Better

The condo was immaculate! Easy-peasy check-in and check out. Everything we needed was stocked in the kitchen. The views from the balcony were amazing especially at night with the super moon over the water. Perfect size for two people. The property description was incredibly accurate and there were no surprises on check-in, other than it looks even better in person than it does in the photos. Just beware of the parking garage - it is REALLY TIGHT and I banged up the rear end of my car pretty good trying to maneuver out of my spot at nighttime.

Beach Getaway

We had an amazing stay, the condo is on the top floor with a great view of the ocean. Medhat is very helpful and responsive to make sure you have a great stay. He has the place stocked with everything you need. The location is great too. It is not wild and crazy like down towards Myrtle, but close enough to the shops and attractions you do have to go far. One caution is if you have a truck park in the parking lot across the street as the parking parking deck is low and if you try to go on the ram to the second level the conduit hanging down will put a dent across the cabs roof. This happened to me a few years ago and I whitenesses it this year with someone else staying in the building. This is a great place to stay at.

Nice condo

The condo was as advertised. The problem I have is no sheets and towels provided. Sort of inconvenient. The heat doesn't seem to work correctly. Times I had to put at 78 but felt no different than 70. Not a very warm place in winter. Would not stay in colder months.

Amazing views

The location of this property is what really sets it apart from other buildings. We have stayed three time in this unit over the years. The property is on a very narrow strip of Cherry Grove with the tidal salt marshes on the back side of the condo. This makes for amazing views on the back side of the condo when the sun is setting. The elevators are glass sided so you can see out when riding. this section of beach is less crowded due to limited houses and condos due to the narrowness of the land in this section. The condo is great for couples or small families. The zero gravity chairs on the balcony are great for naps. The building is aptly named Buena Vista which translates to good view, trust me.

Disappointing

We booked in January thinking we had a pool at this location. When we arrived the pool was not opened ? We never would have booked if we knew this before hand. Owner was condescending and thought we would not use a pool as the weather was chilly that day. He never mentioned that the pool was not available to use the 2 weeks we would be there. We have made a claim to get our money back and have yet to hear from VRBO almost 2 weeks later??
