My husband and I traveled here for our anniversary and the property was perfect! The description and photos are exactly as shown in the listing. The property was updated, clean and comfortable. The walk to the private beach was very easy and took about 5-7 minutes. The complex as a whole was quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. Communication from the host was perfect and very detailed in what was expected. We would stay here again, no questions asked!

We really enjoyed staying here, REALLY clean, exactly as described and looks just like the pictures! Only about a 10min walk from front door to beach chairs which is manageable if you don’t have much or you have a wagon (which the unit does provide) we brought our own so I can’t say how well it works in the sand but they do have one. Beach service included was great, it is a first come first serve basis so go earlier and put stuff on the chairs to get front row! My only two complaints would be that the AC in the unit doesn’t cool it down very well nor does it circulate the air very well (there are fans in each room but the max speed is not fast at all so it hardly moves the air) but there is a stand up fan which is nice and does help circulate the air better. Secondly, that the bedroom is bright in the morning from the glass windows/doors and the curtains are not black out or room darkening. The ones in the living room have black backing and I feel like those would also be beneficial in the bedroom with the brightness. Besides that it was a great stay and I would recommend!

The location is excellent and the unit itself was clean, with a very comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen.Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly disrupted. During my stay, I accommodated approximately eight separate contractor visits (HVAC, electrician, pest control, maintenance, etc.). In addition, unscheduled window replacement required me to move units mid-stay.The level of disruption was far beyond what most guests would reasonably expect, and there was little effort to offset the inconvenience. Communication became uncomfortable toward the end, which made resolving concerns difficult.Future guests may want to confirm that all major maintenance projects are complete prior to arrival and clarify included amenities such as beach equipment, access to pickleball, and grills.
