Comfy beds, wonderfully decorated, very kid-friendly furniture, NO Glass. Tons of Eateries, Grocery Stores, a CineBistro Movie Theater, LA Fitness and things to do all within walking distance. Be Downtown or at Siesta Beach in about 10 minutes!

To help you get settled, we provide a limited supply of essential starter items upon arrival. These are intended to get you through the first few days and may not last for the duration of your stay,.

Trash bags (a few provided in each trash can)
Laundry detergent for one load (if the property has a washer)

Bar soap at each sink

Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.

Directly behind Bonefish Grill. Walgreens, Trader Joe’s, Lucky’s , Publix, Sonny’s barbecue, Chili’s, Barnes and Nobles, Chicken Kitchen, Rico’s pizzeria (best pizza in town!) Connors Steakhouse, Fleming’s Steakhouse, Too Jays, Macy’s, LA Fitness, Cinebistro Movies, Walt’s Fish Market, Best Buy, JPan Japanese, and many other cool places ALL within walking distance. No car needed here. UBER under $10 to get to beach or downtown.

Trash pick-up day is every Wednesday morning of each week, unless interrupted by a Holiday (next day)
Garbage Can & Recycle bins are located along the side of the house: Red for papers, Blue for Plastics, Glass and Cans.
We encourage our guests to do their best to sort the trash & recycle where possible.
