We're so grateful for our time in the beautiful Arlington Park neighborhood at Bob & Bonnie's place. We enjoyed the backyard which is a calm oasis, the huge park for walking our dog just a block away, and all of the other nearby conveniences. The comfortable furniture and well-appointed furnishings made us feel right at home. The house is comfortable a spacious, our family of 6 was happy here. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen could use a few more items to be more well appointed, but we still had what we needed and cooked a few meals. Great stay overall!

This home was spacious, clean, comfortable, and close to the nearby attractions we wished to visit. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and tidy. We were able to stay cool and relax in the hot tub as well as play games, eat meals, do laundry, watch our favorite shows and rest. We are happy with our choice!

Arlington Park home

We had a wonderful stay. We had our grandkids with us and it was perfect as the kids and grandkids bedrooms were on one side of the house and we grandparents on the other! We loved the spacious kitchen and living and dining areas and especially the “Florida room”. Bob was a wonderful host and responded quickly to remedy a minor repair we needed. Convenient location as well in a quiet lovely neighborhood. Overall, a great home!

Our company had a project in town. We stayed for a week. the property was clean and spacious. Plenty of parking. Neighborhood was very nice. BBQ grill was a plus.

wow there is so much i could say about this place our host Bonnie and Bob were amazing the place had so many Comforts like home the location was everything we were smack in the middle of everything the beaches , grocery stores, food chains, Gas station, Even Hospital, the neighbors were so friendly We really enjoyed Arlington Park. The long walks, swimming pools, tennis courts basketball courts I could go on and on trust me you will not be disappointed thanks Bonnie and Bob for an awesome experience. We would definitely be staying at that location again. God bless.

Perfect Gem in a Great Location

This is a great house with every amenity (and then some!) in a fantastic neighborhood. There is a community park including two gated dog parks by size. Close to greatrestaurants and only a 25 minute bike ride to the beach on Siesta Key. The property managers are extremely responsive and made our extended stay perfect. Stellar service. Just What We Wanted

The house was exactly what we needed. One member of our party uses a wheelchair and she could go almost everywhere. The property manager was easy to get in touch with as I had questions during the stay. Convenient to the beach without being constantly in all that traffic. Shopping was reasonably local. One of the party mentioned the master suite was hotter than the rest of the house - so we purchased a fan... We we definetly stay here again!

Perfect for our needs

We wanted a four-bedroom house in Sarasota for a family gathering. This house layout and location were perfect. There was even enough off-street parking to accommodate three cars without blocking each other. The house was spotless with an extremely well-stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. We ran into a few glitches but the host was very responsive. Examples include: - The passcode did not work upon arrival. Our host knew we were trying to get in and called me right away with an alternate code. - The hot tub was dirty. It had not been serviced before our arrival and was covered in black slime on the walls and floor. The cleaning crew came the next morning, after my evening text, but they super-chlorinated it, which made our stay in the house for the next 24-hours pretty unbearable. Thank goodness for fans and windows that could be opened. This could easily have been rectified if the host checked the hot tub before renting the house or had a more reliable hot tub servicing team. I'm assuming they will fix this going forward as we were not able to use the hot tub at all during our stay.
