Welcome to Commodore 1002, a Gulf-front escape on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach. This ideal location is walking distance to local dining favorites and just minutes from marinas, golf courses, St. Andrews State Park, and Schooners beachfront restaurant.

Set directly along the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches,” the resort features a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, grilling pavilion, picnic area, and a fire pit for cozy evenings. With direct beach access, guests can enjoy chair and umbrella rentals, jet skis, volleyball, and endless Gulf-front fun.

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo accommodates up to 4 guests and offers everything needed for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located off the entryway, with the hall bath and a shower/tub combo across from it. The open living and dining area includes a comfortable sleeper sofa and a flat-screen Smart TV. The bedroom features a plush King bed, Smart TV, and a private en suite bathroom with a shower. Step onto the balcony to enjoy fresh ocean breezes and unforgettable sunsets.

Views were amazing!!! Accommodations clean and we had all we needed. Didn't get to enjoy hot tub or pool...it was always full of children when we attempted to use. Jordan that provides beach seating was AWESOME! He made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The weather was great and we were able to relax, recharge and rest. Seems to be very family oriented. A lot of people with little ones. Saturday got crazy on the beach with so many tents it looked like a vendor fair. Our first time here so our experience is raw. Plus it was becoming Memorial day weekend!!!It was a nice getaway for my 60th Birthday celebration of making it. Thank you for letting us use Lollys Place. Kindest regards, Jeri n Jerry
