Location, Location, Location! Bahia 4315 is a spacious studio retreat in the heart of the Resort, just steps from the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Inside, you’ll find a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate up to four guests, along with a kitchenette equipped with a sink, microwave, mini fridge, drip coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. A small dining table for two makes it easy to enjoy a quick meal or morning coffee before heading out. The bathroom offers a tub-shower combo, and sliding glass doors lead to a Juliet balcony overlooking the resort’s tropical lagoon-style pool.

Just steps from your front door, you’ll find Bahia’s lagoon-style swimming pool, a bubbling hot tub, and a wading pool for little ones—all surrounded by lush palms. It’s the perfect place to cool off, catch some sun, or relax between activities. In addition to the tropical pool, our unit is within walking distance of the Village of Baytowne Wharf, where restaurants, boutique shops, festivals, and live entertainment keep the energy buzzing day and night.

When it’s time to head to the beach, hop on the resort tram and enjoy a quick ride to the sugar-white sand and emerald-green Gulf waters. Golfers can choose from several championship courses nearby, while families can enjoy a round of miniature golf right within the resort.

*HOA PARKING: The building association for this condo only allows (1) vehicle in the parking garage per reservation. You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued a QR code to access the garage.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
