The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area, remote-controlled boats, and arcade center. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, farmer’s market, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. When staying in The Grand Sandestin, you have access to a beautifully appointed lobby equipped with a player piano and luxurious seating around the fireplace on a chilly night complete with, The Ballyhoo Bar (coffee bar in the mornings), and a workout room. Please ask the friendly front desk staff for hours of operation, as they vary. Coin laundry and ice/vending machines are also conveniently located on the main floor.

BEACH ACCESS:
Take the local Sandtram Resort Shuttle, or drive to one of the myriad sugar-white sand beaches, just a short drive or bike ride.

POOL ACCESS:
The Grand Sandestin® has a stunning lagoon-style pool with hot tubs and cold spas steps away from the unit!

NO PETS: No pets of any kind are permitted in 2411 at The Grand Sandestin. NO exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

NO SMOKING: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are NOT permitted in 2411 at The Grand Sandestin. NO exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

PARKING:
The Grand at Sandestin has a secure parking garage that is accessed by a QR Code, which is included when you book your stay.
A link will be sent to your phone number/email upon booking.
NOTE: Parking passes are non-refundable. In the event a trip is cancelled and a parking pass for your stay has been generated, there will not be a parking refund.

CHILDREN: We welcome infants, toddlers & children. We do not supply any type of bedding, crib etc for infants. For young children please note you will be responsible for their safe sleeping arrangements.

LAUNDRY/LINENS: Please note that unit 2411 is a condominium, which differs from a hotel in that there is no traditional linen service. While there are extra linens and towels in the unit for use, they are not restocked during your stay. If you find that you need clean linens or towels, there is Coin washer and dryers on the main level for your convenience.
