The dock is shared only with guests of the neighboring Stone Cottage and provides easy water access for boating, fishing, or just relaxing lakeside. From your doorstep, you can walk to the public beach/ boat launch, marina, charming local shops, and dining spots.
In addition to lake fun, you’ll be just a short drive from Arcadia Bluffs Golf Courses and Crystal Mountain Resort, making this an ideal base for both summer and winter adventures.
Note that there is a full term tennant living in the basement apartment of the house.

The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include dishwasher, blender, and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and a starter set of paper products.
LOCATION: This house is on M-22 (Main Street) in Onekama facing Portage Lake with beautiful views and lake access across the street. You can drive to a Lake Michigan Beach in minutes… or take a drive North to Arcadia Bluffs, Crystal Lake and/or Frankfort.
PARKING: There is parking behind the house accessed through the drive behind the garage.
Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Any request for late check out or early check in will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.
Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy. A booking agreement will be collected at the time of booking.
