This was our 2nd stay at this property and it was again just perfect. The home was clean and well taken care of. The Owner actually check-in on us during our stay to make sure everything was going ok which was really appreciated!We absolutely love this property. We are able to bring our whole family together here which we don't get to do often, so we wanted to make sure there aren't distractions or things that cause issues. And our stay was great. Loved the beach access and the home was big enough for us to gather and enjoy our time together. Made some great memories. So thankful we found this property!

Beautiful house, just as pictured. Wonderful beach, on a bluff, so yes, stair access to beach, but very sturdy stairs, landings to stop at, and very doable! The beach was AMAZING. Responsive host. Plenty of space to spread out! Fire pit area was so perfect and fun for kids and adults. Great view from this spot. House temperature was comfortable with windows open and fans on. Wonderful Michigan stay!

Amazing stay for a golf trip

Johanna was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. We played golf at Arcadia bluffs which is very close by and then enjoyed the beautiful beach in the evening. Would 100% return.

Peaceful Getaway

The property is gorgeous and has everything you could need for a great vacation. The place is a bit hard to find and definitely off the beaten path, but it makes for a the most private and peaceful getaway you could ask for. I’d send any of my friends/family here.

Thanks for the memories

Three generations of our family greatly enjoyed our annual long weekend celebrating double birthdays. The well-equipped house, the quiet, wooded setting and fantastic beach were perfect for our memorable time together. The neighborhood eagles were a delightful bonus as together we cooked, laughed, walked the beach and swam in the healing waters of Lake Michigan.

Amazing Lake Michigan get away!

Really enjoyed our stay. Beach was amazing and the home was clean and sized perfectly for our family. We were contacted a few days before telling us that the unit was available for early check in which allowed a couple “extra” hours of beach time. Overall a great place to stay, we loved it!

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. Beautiful beach, house was very spacious and accommodated all our needs. There was a fly infestation outside and the at the beach our first couple days but after that we were able to enjoy the outside. The bunk house was great for the teenagers and children.

Weekend Getaway

Group of 10 of us came up to get away for the weekend and this place was perfect!! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beach and views were amazing. We enjoyed playing catch in the sand and having a campfire up top. Very secluded and quiet with little cell service, which is what was needed! Looking forward to coming back.

great view and great home - a real woodsy feel to it all :) minor issues when we got there initially but the owner was quick to remedy them !! great communication and friendly staff as well :) will definitely return - the stairs down to beach will be a great cardio workout while there , 80 to be exact so keep that in mind

Wedding weekend

I booked this for a few friends and our family to stay after our Wedding in the woods at our property near by. It was perfect. I am thankful we could get it late in the season. We had a fall bon fire and even did a 9am “polar plunge” into Lake Michigan! Only feedback; the driveway is insanely steep and was difficult to find in the dark. Our truck struggled to make it up because we slid on the leaves (we had a backpack blower with us so we blew the driveway clean for the weekend - this is obviously a late season situation). I confused the checkout time thinking it was 11a but we left the place quickly and it was pretty much as clean as when we got it. Thank you for being flexible and helping to make my wedding weekend perfect!

Spectacular view of Lake Michigan

Lovely cottage right on Lake Michigan. We arrived just in time for a spectacular sunset! The house is nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. We had just 4 adults, and 6 would be just fine. The bunkhouse is over the detachd garage (just across a covered patio) and it would be great for older kids or a whole family, but not younger kids on their own. Even though our weather wasnt ideal, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house and beach

The house is lovely and has beautiful views of the lake. It feels like a home, not a rental in a good way. The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture is contemporary and comfortable. The beach is amazing! Overall everything was great. The only thing was the sheets and comforter on the beds need to be replaced. They felt old and worn.

Happy Place

A lovely spacious home with two living spaces was perfect for our family of 10. The sleeping layout accommodated everyone! The setting was relaxing, peaceful and a perfect spot to unwind. The beautiful stretch of beach was wonderful to walk, sit, talk, read a book, or watch the everchanging waters of Lake Michigan. The sunsets were amazing! After which it was dreamy to fall asleep to the sound of the crashing waves. Had hoped for better weather tho being by Lake Michigan is still a happy place to be.
