Unwind in a spacious living room with a sofa, vaulted ceilings, skylights, air conditioning, and sliding glass doors that open to a terrace with a breathtaking sea view.

Dining and Kitchen:
Indulge in culinary delights in the large open kitchen with an island bar seating for 6 and a dining table for 6. The culinary space seamlessly connects with the spacious lanai, creating a harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor living.

Sprawling Lanai:
Step onto the sprawling lanai, spanning the front of the house and offering sofa seating, a BBQ grill, and uninterrupted ocean views. It's the perfect setting for alfresco dining, sunset cocktails, and memorable moments with friends and family.

Private Balcony and Outdoor Shower:
The upstairs unit boasts a sprawling private balcony with ocean views, a barbecue, and a wrap-around balcony with an additional private hot/cold outdoor shower—an indulgent touch for a truly tropical experience.

ACCOMODATIONS:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, access to sliding doors and wrap-around lanai, A/C.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, access to sliding doors and wrap-around lanai, A/C, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3: King bed, spacious master bedroom with a small lanai facing the mountains, walk-in closet, A/C, ceiling fan.

* Comfortably sleeps 6, but can accommodate up to 8 guests upon request with an available air mattress which includes extra bedding and linens. Upon request only.

Bathroom 1: En suite master bathroom with a separate toilet from a jacuzzi bathtub and shower.
Bathroom 2: Combined shower/tub and double vanity.
Outdoor shower: A refreshing and unique touch to your seaside retreat.

NOTE:
* There is one designated parking spot within gate. Street parking is available, but it is not reserved or guaranteed.

* As with many North Shore accomodations that are walkable to the beach, this rental is close enough to the Kamehameha highway that some traffic sound may be heard. Stairs are required for access.

* Please be aware that the downstairs unit is occupied and cats live on the property.

*The location pin is approximate but not accurate. This property is within walking distance of the beach.

* Please keep in mind that you are visiting Hawaii countryside where the animals are a regular and important part of life. Ants, roosters, geckos, lizards, and cockroaches live alongside humans here. We will always have a clean and well-kept place for you with routine pest control, but please be advised that little visitors are not uncommon.

* Optional travel insurance is offered including a "cancel for any reason" option. Available for purchase after booking if check-in date is > 30 days away.

* Where applicable, the 3% payment processing fee per transaction is non-refundable.
