In der Ocean Villa 104 haben Sie von fast überall einen atemberaubenden Meerblick! Meine Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern befindet sich auf der Strandebene, so dass Sie direkt aus Ihrem Wohnzimmer Glasschiebetüren zum Strand, Pool und BBQs gehen können! Diese Villa hat einen spektakulären Meerblick von der Veranda, dem Wohnzimmer, dem Esszimmer, der Küche und den beiden Hauptschlafzimmern. Das Meer ist 40 Meter vor, der Pool und die Grills sind ca. 40 Meter auf der rechten Seite und das Hotel ist ca. 150 Meter auf der linken Seite! Diese Villa verfügt über neue Wohnzimmermöbel und ein Queen-Size-Gel-Memory-Foam-Schlafsofa! Es hat eine ruhige Veranda, wo Sie das Meer, den Pool und alle Tiki-Fackeln sehen können, die das Gelände bei Nacht beleuchten! Fotos sind von der eigentlichen Villa. Reviewer Comments: had a great time the unit was very nice, well equipped, the only complaint I have was out the slider to go to pool ocean basically everywhere there was nothing but mud. there was a sprinkler head that burst so we had to go thru mud to get back in reported it the day we came on the last day they came to fix.

Family vacation!

The stay was fantastic! Had everything we needed and more to have a great week. The only thing that a little issue was the cleaning staff hovering outside the door at 9:30 am until we all left. Felt rushed.

Loved Turtle Bay

My husband, children, MIL, SIL and I stayed here together and just loved it. Everyone had their own room/space and there was plenty of space to play together. We went to the lovely beach right outside the back door and used the beach equipment provided with the rental. The condo was clean and well decorated and we hope to be back soon.

Great North Shore property

This condo is a great option for families and other groups. The condo was beautiful, well furnished and clean. The proximity to the Turtle Bay Resort provides easy access to restaurants and shops. The condo has an ocean/beach view. The condo is a very conveniently located and is a very short walk to the beach, the heated pool, Roy's restaurant and a sand clean off station. The protected cove allowed my young grandchildren to play in the ocean even though the waves off shore were very large. The owners were good to work with.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We originally booked Villa 104 for a March 2020 stay but had to postpone for two years ... Gina and crew were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. Arrival instructions email was spot on, but I believe this will eventually be replaced by their new web portal and mobile app. Property was exactly as described. Beach, swimming pool and BBQ are all just a hop, skip, and jump off the front patio. Our group made good use of all of them and the items in the beach locker were put to good use. Note that there are two air conditioning units in the Villa which is nice. Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary gadgets and amenities.Highly recommended restaurants include Maya's Tapas and Wine in Haleiwa and the Beach House by Roy at the resort. The Toa Luau in Waimea Valley was also a great experience. Matsumoto Shave Ice is also a must for the kids.

Can't imagine a better set up.

It's been years since we visited the Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of Oahu. We were so excited to come again, and bring our Adult Kids and Grandkids. I pictured the condo development to be much larger. I was so happy to see that it's more small/medium. The people in the other units were friendly and respectful. This unit was perfect for us. Each couple had their own room and bathroom, and there was also a room for our two small grandsons. The view from the great room looks out on the water. Being a first-floor unit, we were steps to the beach and the pool. The private lawn area behind the condos was perfect for the kids, too. The beautiful Turtle Bay Resort is super close, too. We pictured that being a little farther. We enjoyed a few meals, cocktails, and the retail there. We cooked several meals. We had a large grocery order ready at Foodland near Haleiwa when we arrived. Incidentals were available at the resort. One small request - I was surprised that there wasn't filtered water through the refrigerator. It would be nice to have a filtered fixture at the sink or maybe a britta pitcher available. The tap water left an aftertaste for coffee, and it was a little hard to drink as our primary water source. We couldn't keep enough bottled water available with so many people. We loved our stay. It was a perfect week. Thank you!!

Beautiful Villa!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here 10/20-10/27. The villa is gorgeous and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great and the beach was just steps away. It is a small public beach that is shared with the Ritz Carlton and can get pretty crowded as it is heavily used by the public. You are not allowed to use any of the umbrellas and lounge chairs from the Ritz and the staff will absolutely let you know. We were sitting under one of the permanent bamboo umbrellas at the end of the day and were told to find shade somewhere else. Thankfully the villa comes equipped with plenty of beach chairs and two umbrellas. It also has snorkeling equipment but make sure to clean thoroughly, as ours was full of sand. We booked a horseback ride and the Luau through the Ritz and highly enjoyed both. We also went over to watch the beautiful sunsets and the surfers as well.We had a magical time in Hawaii and would highly recommend staying at this villa in Turtle Bay.

While the panorama from the upper floors may have been even more spectacular, we truly appreciated the convenience of being able to walk right out the sliding door to the beach or pool. It was perfect for our multi-generational vacation, with ages ranging from 1 to 66. There were no unpleasant surprises—every detail about our stay was explained clearly and honestly. I was especially impressed with the condition of the pack-n-play and high chair; both looked brand new. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. For us, it couldn't have been better.

Overall the unit and property were fabulous. The check-in process was easy - we appreciated all of the emails beforehand. There’s no doubt this property is a 10 overall. That having been said, our group uniformly agreed that 3 improvements would have made it even better.1. Microwave turning piece needs to be replaced in order to avoid sparking when using it.2. The sliding glass doors out to the patio need to be lubricated - a couple of our group couldn’t even open them. 3. Work out a better working arrangement with the adjacent Ritz Carlton hotel. They acted like the beach was “theirs” to manage and direct Villas guests off of. Somewhere there could be a “win-win” partnership that would make sense - maybe offer a free cup of coffee on your 1st day, maybe a free gym rental 1 day, a discount at the pool bar, etc.- something that would encourage Villas guests over to the hotel to spend some time (and money) there. You never know who your next guest will be. We’ll be back !!!

Perfect Week on Oahu North Shore

The villa was very clean and great for our family of 7. Ideal location for those that want to be close to the beach and resort restaurants. Great place to snorkel in the cove with lots of fish. Enjoyed the north shore beaches, surfing locations and lots of food trucks to visit. Perfect week on Oahu north shore.

I fell in love with Hawaii on a family trip when I was seven years old. I got married at Kualoa Ranch just a short drive from the Turtle Bay Resort and bought my 3-bedroom villa in the Ocean Villas a few years later. My parents loved it there so much that they bought a 4-bedroom for our whole family to enjoy together for family vacations! We started managing the Ocean Villas for other owners in 2005 and we now manage 15 of the very small community of villas. Almost my whole family is involved now. My father Vince Liotta and my sister Kimberly Perales take reservations, Kimberly also processes payments and schedules concierge services, my sister Jennifer Liotta manages routine maintenance. We also have a few non-family members; Jason is my island manager, and he supervises the cleanings and inventory on a daily basis. We have two maintenance technicians who are just a short drive from the villas. The villas are a special place for us all. My parents have traveled to lots of other resorts and islands but haven't found one that compares to the magical island feel of Turtle Bay. My sister Kim and her husband have a 4-year-old daughter and a 2-year-old daughter who both love the heated villa pool and the sandy beach in front of the villas. I have a 13-year-old son who has grown up surfing, paddle boarding, and playing in the waters of Turtle Bay, and I have a 5-year-old daughter who just loves the pool and sandy beach too! We take family trips out there every couple of months. Our whole family travels there together at least once a year and we have countless special memories from each trip. Our villas are home to us, and I hope they feel like home to your family and friends too!

I picked the Ocean Villas at the Turtle Bay Resort because they have the best of everything that Hawaii has to offer. The location is remote, tropical and beautiful. There are tons of fun things to do there, I leave every trip wishing I had more time. There are great restaurants and shopping on site and close-by. It has a surfing and body boarding beach on the other side of the hotel, and a calm sandy swimming and snorkeling beach right in front of the villas that is great for babies all the way to seniors. We frequently get sea lions that rest of the shore and just a short hike past the horse stables you come to a bay where I almost always see sea turtles! There are two golf courses on site, horseback riding for adults, kids and even my baby went on a fun pony ride along the beach! There is 15 miles of hiking and biking trails, 5 miles of beach, Segway rentals kayak, paddle board and surfboard rentals and lessons, multiple tennis courts, a fitness center, we are close to Haleiwa with jet skiing, fishing tours, whale, turtle and dolphin tours, close to Kualoa Ranch, location for about 50 different movies, a historical WWII site with bunkers you can walk through, and an ancient historical burial site for the kings. You can go on challenging or easy mountain bike rides, ATV rides, horseback rides and jeep tours there. There is a cute macadamia nut farm close by and Dole pineapple plantation not too far away with the largest maze that you can walk/run through! Waterfall hikes and more! Outside of the location and amenities, I loved the villas themselves. They are five-star accommodations, meticulously designed with attention to detail.

Our villas are a second home to us, and we added all the comforts of home to them. We have a large storage room on site with extras of just about everything in the villa, from silverware, dishes, and coffee makers to a spare washer and dryer, so that if anything happens during your stay, we can get it fixed or replaced right away for you. Everything we use is high quality from the soft sheets to the silverware. Your comfort is important to us! You can have cleanings, towel service, or pre-stock of the villa before arrival for a fee. Our villas are located on the Turtle Bay Resort, so you have the added benefit of being in walking distance to restaurants, a couple shops, and tons of activities, but you don’t have to pay a resort fee!
