We stayed at this home for Car Week 2026. Our group consisted of 9 adults, and only two couples. The space worked reasonably well for our group, though the bunk room is really geared for kids. The home is decently nice and some of the furnishings feel high quality - notably the rugs in the bedrooms. That said, it is a bit rough around the edges, which is why I've only given 4 stars. Examples include flooring with missing trim, kitchen cabinets that have seen better days (one knob is stripped and pulled off repeatedly). We didn't use the sport court, but it would have needed to have LOTS of leaves cleaned off before it could be used. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. We never actually met them, and I'm not sure they are local. There is another residence on the property which I understand to be rented out to long term tenants. Recommended as a hub for your activities. We didn't do much more than sleep and eat breakfast at the house. When we got back from long days looking at car, the house was comfortable and had enough space for us to all relax before falling asleep and doing it again the next day. No negative points for the location, bit be aware that it is a solid 25 minutes to downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. We would have liked a location closer to the activities, but that most likely would have come with a considerably higher cost.We did have 4 cars parked in the allotted area without issue.
