Sunset Beach is a Historical area with many Keywest style bungalows. Many guests love that bungalow feel. We have considered total renovation to update but would lose the feel so many enjoy.

Beautiful sunsets, the end of a great day, the start of a fabulous night! We are so fortunate to have found the best location on the west coast of Florida. It is so nice to hear how guests enjoy their stay and compliment the accommodations. Guests enjoy a very tranquil location, yards from the beach on a no outlet section of Treasure Island. The trick....only minutes walking or driving to great dining, nightlife, watersports/fishing and attractions! We try very hard to make your stay the best......Thank you

Elina, I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay. We do enjoy one of the best locations on the whole barrier Island... The unit is on the first floor with easy access for many with an over hang porch which does allow shade on the most hottest of days in many other months renters stay. This can leave an impression unit is dark. However, all windows have blinds and curtains so these can be fully opened to enjoy the sunlight if desired. I stayed right after you left to see the shower head was not working properly and immediately replaced it with a replacement head stored under the sink same bathroom vanity. We now have an awesome water-pik shower head with great pressure! As we advertise we are turnkey but do not provide daily maid services and let the guests reside as this is their time on vacation. As with many non Hotel rentals...Guests are asked to leave the unit as found and we provide a wonderful laundry area which also cuts way down on packing. We would love to have you again! Sunset Beach is a quaint quiet no outlet area south Treasure Island. It has a Key West bungalow type feel. Homes were built in the 1950's and earlier. Standard ceiling height is 8ft Our unit is turnkey offering all linens, beach towels, beach umbrellas, chairs , beach toys, coolers etc...Our front porch area is a nice area to sit and enjoy cooler mornings and evenings on yes plastic molded Adirondack chairs that are stored inside in-between guests. Mention of the chairs intended for outside as well as many pointers are included in a document sent to you "condo pointers". and another called Hello Guest which helps guests get to know the area, dining locations, attractions and transportation resources. Beds are standard Queen, Full and Sofa Queen. Blinds all open to bring sunlight in as well as keep out on hot summer days. The kitchen nook comfortably seats 6 and is standard table height. All appliances are quite new and yes the stove is not a glass type burner top but rather having circular wrought iron burners. Guests have a 2 car driveway that is for our unit only. There is never an argument over this as our unit # is displayed at the top of the driveway. All other parking spaces are numbered also. We have a short lease which includes one damage protection/security deposit. The Security Deposit is returned after the stay once inspection Is completed. We have never had to retain any guests deposit. However, would if warranted. We ask each guest to leave the unit clean as found, but we also bring in a cleaning crew that guests pay a portion of the total. It assures each guest that all the finer cleaning is done in-between each stay. The expectation is sweep up empty garbage and the refrigerator. On occasion our cabinets will have plastic souvenir type glasses along with the glassware offered. The one accurate statement this review has is that the top weave of a few very sturdy kitchen chairs began to unravel and were repaired to get one more year’s use. These are being replaced this July. Please review our site read the offering details and look at the up to date pictures before you decide to book. We are very reasonably priced and enjoy very high ratings and reviews. Please call if you have any questions. We are very sorry that this guest did not enjoy our home. But there are no misleading statements or pictures on this site.
