Lisa, Thank you for the feedback, we take all feedback very seriously! We are sorry to hear that your stay fell short of expectations. The condo is nearby a beach, however, while you were visiting there was a lot of rain and the tide was high, we apologize that the beach was not at its full potential while you were staying. We do apologize for the policy regarding pets changing last minute, we have now made it clear on the listing that pets are not allowed per the HOA! Hi Richard, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following: - Our unit is located on the second floor of our building and we're sorry if the steps caught you off-guard. - As you mentioned, the home has a window unit which works well to cool the home down. We do not keep the AC on in between guest stays, so it can take up to an hour to fully cool off upon arrival. - The toilet flusher has been repaired and we apologize for this inconvenience. - We use a professional cleaning company to prepare the home for all guests and can assure you that the rug was fully cleaned. While there may be faint stains from normal wear and tear, we are confident in the cleanliness of the home overall. - The size of the TV's are accurately represented in the listing photos and we encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
