Das Haus wurde kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine Gourmetküche mit Granitoberflächen, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, einer Kaffeemaschine im Kurig-Stil und einer Frühstücksbar. Zuhause hat alle neuen Farben, innen und außen, neue Böden im gesamten. Die Hauptebene beherbergt 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad, Küche und Familienzimmer mit Smart-Flatscreen-TV (Internet inklusive). Der Keller hat das dritte Schlafzimmer und das zweite Bad, ein weiteres großes Familienzimmer mit einem Smart-Flatscreen-TV, einen Spielbereich mit Tischfußball und einen kompletten Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt auch viel Platz für ein Queen-Size-Bett, zwei Luftmatratzen und ein Kinderbett.
Das ebenfalls neu renovierte Dock verfügt über eine große Badeplattform mit Wasserrutsche. Das Gelände bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Fahrzeuge / Anhänger (fragen Sie nach zusätzlichen Parkmöglichkeiten, falls erforderlich), 2 Decks und eine Terrasse, alle mit vielen Tischen und Sitzgelegenheiten, Gasgrill im Freien und Feuerstelle.

Awesome lake location

The cove was perfect. Some big waves at times but lots of quiet downtime. Great selection of books, games, and lake gear. We loved the kayak and SUP. House was so well stocked, we could have brought fewer groceries along with us. Perfect location on the water and near boat/watercraft rental.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Was close enough to town to run in for groceries or eat out if we wanted. The house was clean and kept, the basket of beach towels was thoroughly used as my kids spent almost the entire day at the water. We had a few questions while there and there was always and quick response, we didnt have any issues with the house. We only had a few days to enjoy it but we definitely hope to come back soon.

Our 32 night stay was not long enough! After the first night with a gorgeous view & comfy beds, we were at home! At the end, we weren’t ready to leave. The kitchen has every type of baking pan, cooking pot, measuring device, awesome blender, a flour sifter - absolutely everything we needed! Bathrooms were well stocked too - 3 hair dryers meant daughters & I didn’t have to share! Two living areas gave daughters & friends plenty of relaxing space separate from parents & friends. Early mornings rocking on the upper deck watching the sunrise were only surpassed by the time spent on the spacious swim dock and the two mini refrigerators under the Tiki Bar saved many trips back to the house. We were grateful for the many bumpers on the dock’s side where we tied up our rental boat! They provided ample protection even on busy Labor Day Weekend! The king sized bed had a wonderful mattress - that’s critical when staying a month! Girlfriends & family said their beds were great too! Ample parking is rare & critical at the lake and at times, we needed all 5 parking spaces! The home’s location was perfect for us! We love going to Jolly Roger’s Sunday Brunch on the north shore; to the boat races by the Grand Glaize Bridge; & enjoying Lazy Gators in the next cove - it’s in the center of everything! Last but not least, I cannot rave enough about our host homeowner, Stephanie! After coming to the lake over 60 years, trust me, she is amazing! I’ll always rent from her! Marcia from Florida

30th birthday weekend with friends and family

The dock was well stocked with floaties and unmotorized toys. While close to lake facilities the water was not too choppy. Just far enough into the cove to make floating possible. Dock frig and Tiki Bar area was convenient. Easy walk to the dock too. House was comfortable, clean and very well stocked. Plenty of parking. Renting both houses worked out great for our group (even though we didn't come close to filling both houses).

Family get-away

We had a lovely time in this home. The location was perfect as were the amenities. We spent the days enjoying the dock and all of the water toys. The house was well equipped for making all of our meals at home. We traveled with 4 kids three of them were teenage boys, and everyone had an excellent time. Grandparents went with us as well and there was something for everyone. Would happily stay here again.

Short Vacation

It was very hot outside, but the air conditioner ran great. We are outside boating family and spent 20hours on my pontoon this trip. Went to the races and back. The dock was 10 degrees cooler on the lake. I had some trouble with my truck but this place made it relaxing. Plenty of room for 4 adults, but my daughter and friend came down too for a couple of days and still could had more people or kids. The dock has plenty of bumpers and had no issues with my pontoon on the side at night. Ramp is around the corner and stored my trailer in a locked fenced area down the road. All was only minutes away. Very friendly people at each place, cost was very little. Lake is huge and very long and you will never see it all if you love boating.

Family Getaway Vacation

We picked the perfect week to be at the Long Lakehouse! The weather was so hot and spent most of the time in the water!! This was our first time renting a Vrbo and we couldn’t have chosen a better place!! We loved the house and the dock was so much fun for the 3 grandsons. They told me their favorite part was the slide into the water!!! They also enjoyed the Lily pad!! Just a wonderful experience!! If we had any questions Stephanie would always get an answer for us. We for sure would go back!!!

The perfect rentals for our group!

(This rating applies to this property as well as the rental property right nextdoor that is owned by the same host.) This was the perfect arrangement to accommodate our large group of five families. Stephanie, the host of both homes was very hospitable, and was excellent about responding immediately when we would have a question about the property or about things to do at the lake. Our check in/check out process could not have been easier. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the homes, patios and docks, and appreciated the spacious yards and well manicured grounds. There was plenty of parking for all of us and we had available space for our boat trailer right on the property. Both homes were very well equipped and the owner does a perfect job thinking of every possible detail for what amenities we might be needed. We were happy to have so many extras available to us that other rental properties often don’t provide. The basic cooking necessities including spices, pots pans, and paper products that were available in each house made our meal preps go smoothly. We grilled often and enjoyed all of our meals outside on the spacious, furnished patio and spent most days/evenings down on the docks using all the furnishings and other amenities available. We appreciated the availability of the extra propane tanks as we used them for grilling and for the cozy fire pit. The tiki bar with Bluetooth speakers was the perfect hangout place. We had a lot of fun with all the water toys such as kayaks, paddle boards, lily pads, water slide and swing. The extra beach towels were plentiful and the washer/drier in each house came in handy for our large group. Next time we hope to make time to use the bikes that were available as well. The location of these properties was in the perfect cove just around the bend from LazyGators, and HToads. We enjoyed taking a break from boating for some dock-and-dining and to spend some time at the pool bars there. The centralized location in a quiet cove just off of Mile-Marker 8 was absolutely perfect. We were only a short drive to the strip at Bagnell Dam which was fun for a rainy day when we were off of the water. Whether you rent just one of the properties, or both, they are ideal for the perfect lake-trip getaway. We highly recommend them and would stay there again. Great little lake house!

This house was perfect for us and the two other families that joined us. Downstairs was great for the family of 4, letting them have their own space. Although we didn't use them due to cooler temps, lots of fun water toys and plenty of life jackets, towels, and even flip flops! We brought our dog and he loved the closed in deck to hang out while we grilled, etc. Stephanie was quick to reply to the couple of questions I had and very accommodating when I realized last minute that we didn't get pre-approval for our dog. There is a convenience store just down and the street and a grocery store about 10 minutes away to pick up any essentials, there is also a dog park less than 10 min away that we were able to go to and let our dog run out some energy. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices & pots & pans and had everything we needed to cook & grill the entire wknd.

The home was a great retreat for fishing, relaxing and enjoying time with family.

Lazy Days & Beautiful Sunrises

We had such a wonderful time at the Long Lake House. Everything we needed was provided including baskets of flip-flops & beach towels! The location was perfect if one wanted to explore Osage Beach or Bagnell Dam. Loved the house and the fun dock with the tiki bar. We loved it so much we stayed an extra week! Stephanie was so easy to communicate with and immediately answered any questions we had. Hope to return someday in the future. Linda, Rob & Joey Hoover Gibson City, IL

Great stay

We had a great time! The place was great for our family. The lily pad was a lot of fun for the kids. The dock was a great place to hang out for the day to swim and fish. Stephanie was very responsive to any of our inquiries.

Fun Family Spot

We didn't even need to leave the house! Kids stayed busy in the water with the slide and lily pad. We cooked for the weekend and had a great time. House was perfect.

Excellent home on the water with all the amenities!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here with 7 adults and two kids staying with us - everyone had a blast! The private dock and patio is where we spent most of our time, which is exactly what you're hoping for during a lake trip. The home was very clean upon arrival and is VERY well appointed. From pots and pans, knives, spices, and large grill - truly everything we needed. The dock is exactly the same, plenty of floats and life vests (though we preferred to use our own) a slide that our kids LOVED and a lily pad for even more fun on the water. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with. I would absolutely stay here again.

Best time at Lake of the Ozarks

We were a group of 7 and the house was perfect for us. The dock area is amazing with TONS of floats. The house is stocked with anything you could possibly need..including flip flops! Highly recommend.

Jory, my daughter Abby and I (Stephanie) live in Keystone, Colorado and own pet related businesses in the Denver area. We love to work, because we love to play! We spend a lot of time at our lake house and want to be able to let others experience the lake lifestyle as well.

In the summer of 2012, we rented a house in Workmen Hollow Cove and just fell in love with the lake, cove and all the lifestyle has to offer. So, we purchased our own place and plan to spend decades of vacations to come there.

My favorite thing about the home is the lakefront. The property is to die for. The house sits on nearly an acre and is just steps from the lake and dock.
