Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and our housekeeping team thoroughly prepares and documents each property before guest arrivals. The pre-arrival photos taken by our cleaning team showed the sofa bed in clean condition, and we had not been made aware of any concerns regarding the furniture, floors, or overall cleanliness during your stay. While we certainly respect your experience, we do wish you had reached out to us about these concerns during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to send our cleaning team back to address anything that needed additional attention. Unfortunately, without being notified during your stay, we were unable to investigate or provide a solution at the time. Regarding the pet amenities, the condo is pet-friendly, and we provide items such as dog beds and toys as an added convenience for guests traveling with their furry companions. We appreciate your feedback regarding their condition and will review these items with our housekeeping team. We’d also like to clarify that our listing explicitly states that the building does not have an elevator and that stair access is required. This information is clearly outlined in the property description and available for all guests to review before making a reservation.
