Boat, Boat Lift and Screen Porch Hot Tub are out of service and will not be available to guests. We will talk with guests upon booking to review the listing and answer any questions.

Also although we are not considered a Pet Friendly rental please be aware that if anyone has allergies for yellow labs we cannot guarantee that even though there is a thorough cleaning process there are dogs there in the off season.
