Light, bright and inviting best describe this open space. The living room has a sofa that converts to a queen sleeper sofa, accent chairs, and a large smart TV. This conversation area opens seamlessly to the kitchen and dining area. This kitchen is packed with all of the conveniences that any cook could want. Apart for the regularly expected pots pans there is a drip style as well as a Keurig coffee makers, margarita blender, waffle maker and enough dishware to serve your family and friends. This area walks right out to the front balcony that offers serene view of the lovely neighborhood. We highly recommend enjoying your morning coffee here.



In addition to the main living areas, this home also includes a completely separate lower-level poolside suite — perfect for guests seeking extra privacy. This inviting space features a cozy seating area with a Smart TV, a dining table for four, and a brand-new king bed with a plush memory foam mattress. The suite also includes a recently remodeled private bathroom and a spacious closet with small shelves and plenty of hanging space. With direct access to the pool and lanai, it’s the ultimate blend of comfort and convenience.

Washer and dryer are located on the bottom floor left side garage with secure keypad access provided.

Access to 4th bedroom, living area and bathroom is located through the left side garage.

Beach chairs, towels, and essentials provided for your convenience.

Very quiet residential neighborhood of luxury homes just 1 block to the sand and 2 short blocks to Margaritaville



Getting Around:

We recommend bikes or a golf cart rental, but neither is needed to enjoy this home and all Fort Myers Beach has to offer



Other Things to Note:

Guests must complete a rental agreement. Please note that this property is non-smoking (on premises or decks) and features an exterior facing camera aimed at the front driveway. We recommend that guests wishing to smoke do so in their car or on the street side of this property.
