Main Level (2nd Floor):

-Cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, comfy seating, and a large TV.
-Dining area with a Mexican pine table and ample seating.
-Spacious outdoor deck with dining table and gas grill.
-1 bedroom with a queen bed, closet, TV, and ceiling fan.
-Full bath with shower/tub combo accessible from the hall.

Third Floor:
-1 bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan.

-Private space for kids in the cozy loft with 2 twin beds and a seating area and TV.
-Soaring ceilings with exposed wood beams.

-Central Heat & A/C: Thermostat located next to the kitchen pantry on the main level.
-Wood-Burning Fireplace: Located in the living room with gas assist.
-Laundry Room: Washer and dryer available on the ground level.
-Safety Gates: Installed at the top of the stairs for safety.

Self Check-In:
Access codes for the remote lock will be emailed to the reservation holder within 24 hours of arrival. Kindly complete the guest check-in form after booking and provide your email address and contact phone.

Directions and Check-In Instructions:
For the privacy of our guests, physical addresses are provided upon booking and confirmation.

Digital Guestbook:
All necessary information, including directions and check-in instructions, is available in our digital guestbook. The link will be sent via email after booking and completing your check-in form. We'll also send it via SMS text message prior to arrival.

Accessing the House:
The driveway up to the house is paved and steep. Entry to the house is through the garage. Once the garage door is open, there is a door that leads into the house, requiring a code for the remote lock. Both codes will be emailed within 48 hours of arrival. Please note: The A-Frame is a multi-level home with no bedrooms or bathrooms on the first floor. Guests have full access to the home, with the exception of the golf cart (for owner use only) and locked doors (for owner's access only).

ALG&CC: Club amenities are exclusively for property owners.

Absolutely no parties or events ($550 fee)

Violations may result in additional fees and/or cancellation of your reservation. We kindly ask you to treat our home with the same care you would your own.

We’re here to make sure your time with us feels special, supported, and stress-free. Our team’s got you covered from start to finish. To help make that happen, a $35 management fee is included in your reservation total. It allows us to keep things running seamlessly and uphold a high standard of care, so you can simply sit back and enjoy your stay!
