Guest access
Guests have access to the entire premises including the home, pool, and backyard that is exclusively for your private use.

A smart lock is located on the carport door for contactless check-in and check-out. A dedicated code for your stay will be provided before check in.

Guests are able to check-in anytime hassle-free without host interaction. Early check-in and late check-out options are only available upon request and availability.

Pool Safety & House Rules
We want you to have the best time enjoying the pool! To keep everyone safe:

->Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

->No running, diving, or rough play in or around the pool.

->Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

For everyone’s safety, the reservation holder is responsible for sharing these rules with all guests and visitors.

Liability & Headcount:

Guests are required to sign a pool liability waiver prior to check-in.

For insurance purposes, we require an accurate headcount. Only registered guests are permitted on the property during the stay.

Additional fees apply for groups larger than 7 guests.
