Bedrooms: Both bedrooms feature quality cotton linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. The Blue Room (Primary) offers a brand-new pillow-top king bed and vintage Oriental art, while the Botanical Room has a new queen bed and charming rattan decor.

Kitchen: The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and new Samsung appliances. A dedicated coffee and tea station with both Keurig and drip options ensures you can start your day just right.

Bathroom: Experience a blend of vintage charm and modern comfort. The bathroom retains its original pink and salmon tile floor while offering modern additions like a Toto toilet and a luxurious heated towel rack.

Important Information

Guest Responsibilities: We kindly ask guests to take the rolling trash cans to the curb on Mondays and/or Thursdays, and recycling on Fridays. Let us know if you are physically unable to do so.

Property Maintenance: Please expect lawn maintenance to occur once a week, typically on Wednesdays or Thursdays. The service usually takes less than 30 minutes.

Child Safety: If traveling with children, please note you are responsible for their safety. The home is not child-proofed, but we can provide outlet covers upon request.
