Hi! This first floor unit is freshly updated, DIRECT oceanfront, and literally steps from both the pool and beach! This was family-owned for years and is just entering the rental market! As we have no reviews yet, we are offering a 15% discount! Trust us, you will love the place!

We are located in the very desirable Sea Cloisters 1 complex, which is very well-maintained and in family friendly (meaning no hotels or high rises) Surfside Beach, SC.

We are an Ohio family who has vacationed here every summer since 2007. We LOVE it here! We LOVE this unit as it is on the 1st floor, so no steps! It is updated (new paint, bathroom, etc.) and is tastefully decorated!

We want to make your stay easy so we:

1. FedEx all keys and information prior to your stay, so you never have to wait in line to get a key, which gives you more time at the beach and pool!

2. We provide bath towels and linens. Your bed will be made when you show up!

3. We are not property managers...we are the owners. You will have our direct number in case of any issues that arise.

Our complex also has two designated parking spots per unit, so parking is never an issue. We have a large pool with chairs and tables! Kid friendly, clean, and safe! The walkover to the beach is directly behind our pool!

Our condo features 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with a hair dryer, and a living room with a DIRECT ocean view with an additional full bed (a pull out couch will be available after December 1st, 2025). We have a washer and dryer unit in the condo as well as a smart TV and WiFi.

Please comparison shop! We have one of the most competitive prices on first row condos as we are starting out lower to build our business!

*** All summer rentals from May 1st until August 31st MUST start or end on a Saturday. We CANNOT rent mid-week to mid-week or Sunday to Sunday as it throws off our calendar and cleaning schedule! The exception is if you want 5 days within that time frame e.g. "Monday - Friday". Thanks!
