Welcome to our beautifully renovated OCEANFRONT 2 story condo. This bright and airy home is sure to delight you with ocean views from EVERY WINDOW!
We are located in the peaceful and charming north end of Surfside Beach. No high rises here…just homes and 3-4 story condo complexes! We are an easy 7 block walk to the brand new Surfside pier and our cute little dining district.
Both bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen) are located on the second floor, and each has its own private bathroom. There is ALSO a half bath on the first floor.
Enjoy your morning coffee while you sit on the oceanfront balcony and watch the sunrise. After a relaxing day spent lounging by the pool, swimming in the surf, or strolling on our clean, wide beach - return to your balcony for an evening cocktail.
Cook three meals a day in the well appointed kitchen, or go to one of the many fabulous restaurants that are just a short walk or drive away.
This home is located only minutes from world class golf, wonderful shopping, amusement parks, fishing piers, two ocean front state parks, fabulous Vegas-style shows, Brookgreen Gardens, The Pawleys Island Hammock Shops Village, and best of all - the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk! Murrells Inlet was once a quaint little fishing village, but is now known as The Seafood Capital of South Carolina. Here you can choose from at least a dozen outstanding restaurants. After your evening meal, go for a stroll along the Marshwalk and take in all the sights and sounds of beautiful Murrells Inlet. Watching the changing tides, the wildlife, and the sun setting over the Inlet will make you want to come back here again and again. Return during the day and rent a jet ski, a kayak, or a paddle board and explore the inlet on your own. You can even take a deep sea fishing charter or a sunset cruise.
No matter what activities you choose to do, MyShells will be waiting for you at the end of the day to provide you with a well appointed, clean, attractive and comfortable home away from home!

For your security and ours, there is a ring doorbell/security camera *OUTSIDE* the front door. Our energy saving EcoBe thermostat TURNS THE HVAC OFF if the balcony door or the main door are left open for more than 4 minutes. You will be provided with your own personal code to gain entrance to our home via our electronic door lock. No keys required!
Beach chairs are not provided.
Parking is limited to 2 spots (1 assigned and 1 guest). The guest spot is NOT guaranteed. No trailers are permitted.
SMOKING, PARTIES and PETS are prohibited.
NO LIGHTED CANDLES allowed.
Our townhome is in an OLD (37 years) but CHARMING building which means it needs loving, periodic exterior and grounds maintenance. This is NOT a suitable rental for guests who require a modern building with a pristine exterior and grounds. We love our home’s character and her charm, but we certainly understand that not everyone will appreciate her.
