Make yourself at home in this inviting two-bedroom, two-bath condo that comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Located just a short walk from the Chile Express chairlift and across from the Bear shuttle stop, this mountain retreat puts adventure within easy reach. The open-concept living area offers a welcoming space to relax after a day outdoors, complete with a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen Roku TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with full-size appliances, a dishwasher, and a Keurig. A dining table with seating for three, with an extra chair to the side, and a stacked washer and dryer make extended stays comfortable and convenient. The first bedroom features a queen bed and a full vanity with a shower in suite. The second bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed with plenty of room to stretch out. A second full bathroom is located just off the main hallway.
Wi-Fi is provided. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.

This unit is located on the ground floor, making access easy for all guests.
Lift E3 is a pet-friendly home; one of your pets can stay for an additional fee.

Racquet Club #131 is one of six units in the Racquet Club condo complex managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals. These units are within walking distance of one another and just two blocks from the ski area, providing a perfect location for your next mountain adventure.

KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, Keurig coffeemaker, toaster.
INDOOR LIVING: Wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen Roku TV. Games.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Front deck with seating.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Racquet Club #131 is a two-block walk to the Chile Express chair lift. It is 2.5 miles (6 minutes driving) from the Angel Fire Country Club and 3.5 miles (seven minutes driving) from Monte Verde Lake.
PARKING: One unassigned parking space is available.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
