My vacation
The condo/townhome was very nice. Clean, had everything you would possibly need for a vacation home. Was aesthetically very nice. And it’s a great location if you want to be close to everything.
Unfortunately, we did not have a gate code to get inside of the complex had to wait 40 minutes for that then when we got to the front door, we didn’t succeed with the code that was given to us. After calling the one 800 number they said I was gonna have to go with a generic code that they sent me which was fine, but we were standing outside for another 20 minutes. Honestly found no issues with the townhome itself. I don’t have anything bad to say about this day. We were very comfortable and felt safe in our surroundings, etc. Whomever is overseen this property as far as management needs to step it up . There is a note inside on the wall laminated with all of the rules that says we cannot use the hot tub past 10 PM. There was no hot tub. Second of all the mishap with the gate in the door was a little offputting and they weren’t very kind about it , customer service almost seemed a little irritated. But for me, the last straw on the customer service side was I had been trying to reach out since Thursday to ask for a simple late check out. Considering you get there Friday, you cannot check in till 4 PM then you have to check out by 10 AM on Sunday seems a little ridiculous considering the amount of money you’re spending I feel it should be noon to noon. Anyhow, not happy w/ Management.
