Located in one of Palm Beach County’s most desirable areas, our home on Holly Drive offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Nestled in a quiet, well-kept residential neighborhood, you'll enjoy peaceful surroundings while being just minutes from top-rated beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping.

The area is family-friendly, walkable, and safe—ideal for morning jogs or evening strolls. You're just a short drive from The Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, and PGA Boulevard’s vibrant dining scene. For nature lovers, nearby parks and waterfront spots like John D. MacArthur Beach State Park and the Intracoastal Waterway offer kayaking, wildlife viewing, and more.

There's only two items in the home that will require an up-charge.

The private boat parking space and the Hot-Tub.

Our backyard sanctuary features a state-of-the-art grill, perfect for creating culinary masterpieces while enjoying the company of loved ones. The outdoor TV offers a unique entertainment option for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows beneath the open sky.

Our property is more than just a place to stay; it's a haven of relaxation and fun, ensuring that you and your companions have an unforgettable retreat filled with laughter, comfort, and relaxation. We have 3 bedrooms in the home. One Master bedroom with a master suite style bathroom. We have a Queen guest bedroom, and then we have a Twin guest bedroom that offers two trundle beds that allows us to host 4 people in that room. The twin room could be a great place to your kids to stay.

We also have a primary living room that has a full pull-out couch. And then we have a Sun-room that we call the Florida-room. We use that room as the common living room, that conveniently is attached to the kitchen with bar seating.

House trained pets are welcome for a $250 pet cleaning fee then $50 for each after.

Lastly we also have a dedicated workspace that have printing access and free WIFI. There's workout equipment in that room as well.

By Car:
Most guests prefer to rent a car or use their personal vehicle, as the area is very car-friendly with easy access to I-95 and US-1. Parking is free and available on the property.

Uber & Lyft:
Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available in this area and typically arrive within minutes. Whether you're heading to the beach, downtown West Palm Beach, or the airport, it’s a quick and easy option.

Taxis:
Local taxi services are also available, though rideshare apps tend to be faster and more cost-effective.

Public Transportation:
Palm Tran, the local bus service, has multiple stops within a short drive from the home. Routes can connect you to nearby attractions, shopping centers, and the Tri-Rail station.

Tri-Rail:
The closest Tri-Rail station is in Mangonia Park, about 15–20 minutes away by car. This commuter train connects West Palm Beach to Miami and Fort Lauderdale, offering a convenient option for day trips or airport access.

Airports:

Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) – approx. 20 minutes

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Intl. Airport (FLL) – approx. 1 hour

Miami International Airport (MIA) – approx. 1.5 hours

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home.

Smoking is permitted outside only—please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

🐾 Pets
Pets are allowed.

If allowed, please clean up after them and do not allow them on furniture or beds.

🧼 Cleanliness
Please treat our home with care.

Wash dishes after use and place used towels on the bathroom floor before checkout.

Excessive mess or damages may result in additional cleaning fees.

🍽️ Kitchen Use
Feel free to use the kitchen and appliances.

Please clean up after cooking and return items to their original place.

🎉 No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

Violation may result in immediate cancellation and removal without refund.

🔒 Security
Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Do not share the access code with anyone not on the reservation.

🛠️ Damages & Issues
Accidents happen. Please report any damages or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them promptly.

🗑️ Trash & Recycling
Please dispose of trash in the designated outdoor bins.

Recycling instructions are located in the kitchen.

📺 TV, Wi-Fi, and Amenities
Instructions for TV, streaming apps, Wi-Fi, and other amenities are in the welcome binder.

Please do not adjust wiring or settings on devices.

🏊 Pool & Hot Tub Rules
No glass near the pool or hot tub area. Please use the durable plastic cuts that we've provided.

Use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

Hot tub usage is available for an extra fee and must be requested in advance.
