From the private patio, you can take in crisp air and skyline views before settling inside, where tall windows brighten a comfortable space made for gathering. With easy Skywalk access throughout the heart of Indianapolis, this retreat places you close to theaters, restaurants, and landmarks while giving you a calm place to return after full days in the city.
Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms and four beds accommodate up to eight guests, each bedroom featuring a queen bed and fresh linens. Two full bathrooms provide bathroom essentials and hot water, giving everyone the space they need to prepare for meetings, events, or evenings out.
Outdoor living
The private patio offers a quiet moment above the city, whether you step outside for a breath of winter air or pause to take in the surrounding skyline before heading into the connected Skywalk.

The open layout creates a natural flow between lounging, dining, and cooking. Comfortable seating and a TV make it easy to unwind at night, while the top-floor setting and tall windows bring in soft natural light during the day.
Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen lets you prepare meals with ease, including space to cook, a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher. The dining table offers a welcoming place for shared meals or planning your route to nearby attractions like Lucas Oil Stadium or the Indiana Convention Center.
Building amenities
Within The Block, you will have access to an elevator and a shared gym in the building. Exterior security cameras are located in the common areas, offering added peace of mind as you move through the building and connected pathways.

Set in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, the unit places you steps from eateries, entertainment, and major city highlights. Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Monument Circle, and other central attractions are easily reached on foot or through the Skywalk, allowing you to navigate the city comfortably even in colder weather.

Paid parking on premises is available in a secure garage for $30 per night, and reserving ahead of time is recommended.

Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay
Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.
1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.
2. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.
3. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. . Guest will not receive refund for stay.*
6. Lost or unreturned parking pass - $300 to replace
Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.
