Great location. Be prepared ....a little loud from the street noise as it's on the ground floor, but it was JazzFest. Would definitely stay again!Host was extremely communicative and accommodating. Could not have been better.

Spacious, Walkable, and Clean Stay in the Heart of NOLA

We stayed here for 3 nights mid April. The place is larger than the photos. Everything was in easy walking distance! If you rent this place to explore and walk around the French Quarter, Frenchmen Street, and ride the St. Charles streetcar, it's perfect! We actually ended up walking back from the Garden District just because the streetcar wasn't coming. Make sure you check out the rooftop pool at night....the views are great! We didn't swim because it was too cold outside. We would stay here again because it was clean, comfy, and so convenient. Critiques: Another comfy chair or loveseat would make the living room more cozy for guests. Another review suggested we bring a fan for white noise which we did. I would recommend the place have a fan available for white noise for that front bedroom to drown out street noise to aid in sleeping. Also, one of the toilets was running almost the whole time but we let the renter know but they said they wouldn't fix it until we left; it still worked fine.

Big Easy made Easy

The location could not have been better for the French Quarter experience. The hosts were outstanding we had a couple of bumps in the road during our stay in terms of maintenance related issues & both items were handled expeditiously & with no interruptions to our stay.The only suggestion would be maybe a nightstand in second bedroom & more kitchenware in case you wanted to cook in. Such as cooking sheets for oven and serving utensils. A couple of dishwasher pods would be nice too. That being said I would highly recommend it!

1st trip to NOLA

The location was perfect for a girls weekend. Everything in the French Quarter was walkable; the area, while active felt safe. The host was very easy to communicate with and extremely adaptive to change when I ran into transportation issues that resulted in an extremely late arrival.The property was clean, and well equipped. I would definitely visit again. Thanks!Uf the chance to visit the areaarrival.

Great place , great location!

Very comfortable property, myself and a friend spent six days here and really enjoyed the apartment!! So close to Bourbon street!! Comfy beds and well stocked with necessities!! Would definitely recommend this spot!

This was a perfect location for being right near the french quarter. We happened to be staying here during the big blizzard in Jan 2025 and the host made it very easy to extend our stay on a day by day basis as our flights kept cancelling.

Weekend in NOLA

This place was perfect for our trip. A 2-bed / 2 bath is not easy to come by in the french quarter. The location (for us) was AMAZING!!! We liked being close to the entertainment, fun, & excitement of Bourbon street. We parked our vehicles in the public parking garage just across the street & did not move again until we were leaving the city.So many great restaurants were close by. The 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms were larger than expected. The bedroom in the back of the condo had no windows. I loved the dark cold (we turned the thermostat down) bedroom & I slept SO good all 3 nights. The bedroom in the front has french doors that have frosted coverings over the glass. I saw on prior reviews that people complained about the noise & light coming in that bedroom early in the morning. The first thing that I have to say about those reviews is that the beauty of this condo is that it IS in the middle of everything!!! In a large city known for food & fun that often stays up late then it should NOT be a surprise that people will be walking on the sidewalk right outside your condo. My son & his gf said they could hear people outside on the sidewalk but they had brought a small fan from home & that did a great job of masking the sounds from outside, A room-darkening curtain has been added to the french doors in the bedroom located at the front of the house. The curtains do not go all the way to the floor, but it does help to make the room darker.The host was fabulou

Comfortable Stay in French Quarter

The apartment was cute and great for two people. There were nearby shops and restaurants, but expect to walk a ways to the French Market or main bar scene. Parking was across the street, but pretty expensive.

This was an excellent little apartment very very close to Bourbon Street. Walking distance to almost everywhere! And even when We took a lift. It was not very expensive. Great little apartment great location!

Noise and sleep disturbances

The place itself is great. But right outside the window, all night long, you will have drunks, loud cars, garbage trucks, and police sirens. The owner should invest in blackout curtains for the bedroom. The windows let in light which makes sleep near impossible. Other than that- fantastic location and a great host! Very easy to work with and the place was clean and had everything we needed.

Adorable place

The condo was perfect for my boyfriend and I. It is even cuter than the pictures. It is within a block of Bourbon Street so we were able to get home easily after a night on the town. The rooftop pool was very nice after a hot afternoon exploring. I definitely suggest earplugs because the city never sleeps. Lol. There arent ant curtains so I would also suggest a sleep mask if youre light sensitive. Overall i loved yhe condo and would definitely rent again. Andy was very responsive when I messaged him.

Great host and location!

This apartment was just the right size for my friend and me! The unit was clean and the location was great! Bring a white noise machine or download an app as it is a ground floor apartment with the bedroom window on the street. The host was very communicative through our entire stay. I would definitely stay here again!

From the photos the rental looked perfect. When I arrived there was an issue with the door and could not get in. That is fine I can move on. Then I walk in and it is disgusting. The floors Hadn't beened cleaned in a very long time. Shower and toliet were dirty. Couch looked like someone had just been watching TV on it. The washing machine had soap all over it and on the floor dried froms numerous times of not being cleaned. The gap between mattress and bed frame full of dirt dust and hair. Washclothes were stiff used and crumpled to the side of the towel rack. I had to start laundry right away.There was food and drink in the fridge. The cupboards were full of other peoples miscellaneous items(typically fine in this type of rental. This looked like some collage kids raided stores and threw stuff in) I didnt have the energy to deal with it on vacation and was so embarrassed having picked it since my friend from the Neatherlands joined me. We had to put two bar stools on the strip molding to the kitchen because it was bowed up and peeling on both sides and we kept tripping on it. I briefly looked at other rentals but due to the last minute it was very expensive. So we sucked it up and stayed there. You are probably not going to do anything about it and I will not get any money back. But there is my honest review. I highly recommend a new cleaning company. And go there personally. Dust the fans. Clean the air return vent. So someone else dosnt feel this way.

This place is the perfect spot for 2. Great location just around the corner from bourbon! Our host let us check in early and check out late due to our flight. Great communication just overall a great experience would definitely stay again!

Great Experience!

The location is amazing! Right in the middle of the French quarter and easily walkable to so many spots. The apartment had everything we needed and we loved having access to the rooftop pool and chairs. The apartment is right in the street and there aren't curtains in the bedroom (fogged glass) so I do see how if you're not a hard sleeper the light and sound from the street can bother you. Lastly, communication with the host was very easy and smooth. Overall a great stay for our time in the French Quarter!

What a great experience overall. Our contact let us check in early. Very accommodating to our needs. He was promptly responsive to our messages and helped us out. I recommend this place and cant wait to get back to New Orleans in the near future.
