King’s Lakehouse – Lakefront Home with Ensuite Baths, Huge Deck & Firepit

At King’s Lakehouse, the lake becomes part of your stay. Walls of glass frame peaceful water views and colorful fall foliage, while the private dock, kayaks, paddleboard, canoe, oversized deck, grill, and firepit invite you to enjoy crisp days outdoors. Paddle, dine outside, or unwind by the water, then gather indoors with ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom, spacious living areas, and room for group getaways that feel relaxed and elevated.

All guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests.

Guests booking with us acknowledge that the property offers direct lake access without a fence or lifeguard present. By booking, you agree to release us from any liability.

Indoor Comforts + Sleeping Layout:
Each room is designed for comfort and rest after a day on the lake:

Bedroom 1: Queen + Twin bed, 55” smart TV
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 55” smart TV
Bedroom 3: King bed
Bedroom 4: Bunk bed + Full bed (great for kids or groups)

Every bedroom features its own private bathroom for ultimate convenience and privacy.

Living Room:
The heart of the home is a bright, open-concept living space with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that frame beautiful lake views. Stretch out on the sectional for movie nights on the 85" Smart TV or gather for board games and conversation with drinks in hand. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen space, creating the perfect setting for shared meals, celebrations, and relaxed evenings.

Upstairs Lounge:
In addition to the main living space, the upstairs lounge offers a gray sectional couch, coffee bar, TV, and cozy seating—all set against sweeping lake and forest views through oversized glass windows. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, quiet reading, or unwinding with a drink as the sun sets over the peaceful water.

Kitchen & Dining:
The fully updated kitchen is designed for hosting and group meals, with double ovens, two microwaves, two dishwashers, a wine fridge, large island with bar seating, full-size refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, additional small refrigerator, standalone ice maker, drip and Keurig coffee makers, cookware, and essentials provided.

Outdoor Areas:
Step outside and immerse yourself in all the beauty and fun of direct lakefront access:
3 adult kayaks, 1 inflatable paddleboard, and 1 canoe included
Private dock – Swim, paddle, or just relax
10+ life jackets in assorted sizes (required for lake use)
Downstairs patio with dining table, lounge seating, and open space for games
Upstairs deck features a large dining table, couch seating, propane grill, umbrella for shade, and stunning lake views
Staircase from the deck to the spacious backyard for easy access
Firepit with adirondacks (wood not provided)

Policies:
No Fireworks
No smoking inside the home
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Must be 26 to book, no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old.

We gladly welcome dogs with a $150 flat fee, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs. Please provide their age and breed when booking. Dogs must be fully house-trained, and we do not permit puppies. They must not be left unattended inside, and all droppings must be promptly picked up.

Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.

If you plan to bring your own boat, please let us know the details as soon as possible. The community requires all guest boats to be registered with the Lake Harmony Boat Group, and the process can take a few days. Registration fees may apply.
