Guests have full access to the camp with under camp parking and access through two doors.

By booking this property, Guest affirms they have read and accepted these terms, acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their stay, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and/or Manager from any and all claims, actions, or liabilities arising from the Guest's actions or those of any invitees, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the owner or manager.
