For those with an adventurous spirit, indulge in thrilling activities like jet-skiing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, and even fishing directly from our private boat dock.

OUTDOOR OASIS

Step outside to your private backyard oasis overlooking scenic Lake Clarke. Enjoy fishing from the private boat dock, or explore the lake with complementary use of 2 kayaks.

For a fun day on the water, guests may also enjoy jetskiing and other water sports on the lake. However, please note that we do not provide or rent out jetskis or other watercraft—only our 11-passenger pontoon boat is available for rent, by advance paid reservation only and subject to availability.

Unwind on the fenced waterfront pool deck, complete with lounge chairs, a shaded gazebo with dining space, and tranquil lake views. The salt-chlorine pool system offers a gentler, more skin-friendly swim experience compared to traditional chlorine.

For your added comfort and enjoyment, we offer two optional heating packages:

1. Pool & Hot Tub Heating – Available Year-Round

$59 per day ($64.02 including taxes and VRBO fees).
Pool: Heated to a comfortable temperature of up to 87°F throughout the day.
Hot Tub: Adjustable to your preferred temperature, up to 104°F, available 7 hours daily from 3 PM to 10 PM.

2. Hot Tub Only – Available May through October

$35 per night ($37.98 including taxes and VRBO fees).
Enjoy a heated hot tub at your preferred temperature, up to 104°F, daily from 3 PM to 10 PM.

Please let us know if you'd like to add either heating option to your stay, and we'll be happy to arrange it for you!
Heating is optional and must be prepaid for the full duration of the stay. If not selected, the pool remains at natural temperature and the hot tub will not be activated.

- Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): 1 King bed (shares Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 5)

There is also 1 full common bathroom located downstairs for added convenience.

- 2 rollaway beds are available and stored in closets for flexible sleeping arrangements

Please enter the correct number of guests when making your reservation. The number of guests on your reservation must accurately reflect the total number of people staying at the property. If your guest count changes before arrival, you must notify us so we can update your reservation accordingly.

- Pets
Well-behaved furry friends are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. Please enter the correct number of pets when making your reservation and notify us in advance so we can ensure everything is ready for your stay.

- Parking
We can accommodate up to 6 vehicles. Please plan accordingly.

- Arrival & Departure

- Smoking & Substances
Smoking is not permitted inside the home, and illegal substances are never allowed on the property.

- Neighborhood Courtesy
This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect our neighbors. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
