- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $300 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.
- Parking in the driveway for 2-3 cars max. 1 spot on 26th Street Entrance, 1-2 spots in alley behind house.
- Heated pool fee is $100/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 2-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!
- Excessive trash requires $250 haul away fee.
- Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am. While we support you having fun, we are in a residential neighborhood and want to be respectful of our neighbors!
