The Blue Ridge Retreat-A Peaceful Mountain Home in Weaverville, NC

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. This home has been designed with family in mind, a spacious three bedroom retreat which sleeps up to 10 guests with Mountain Views. This home is Ideally located just 3 minutes from downtown Weaverville, 12 minutes from downtown Asheville, and 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Weaverville is a quaint small town with a walkable main street that has coffee shops, restaurants, local artistry and breweries all within one mile.

As soon as you step foot in the home you're welcomed by a very stylish yet highly comfortable open-plan living area. It is designed and decorated in an elegant manner that compliments the breathtaking natural ambiance of Weaverville, NC!

Sweeping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the back patio, a sprawling side yard , fire pit and plentiful sleeping areas are just a few of the highlights of this newly renovated mountain home.

You will enjoy sitting by the fire pit with your morning coffee, or in the comfy outdoor Adirondack chair loungers with an evening cocktail taking in the majestic view.

With three bedrooms your party can sleep comfortably and with as much privacy as needed. The primary first floor bedroom is equipped with a king bed with memory foam mattress, desk, armchair, streaming smart tv and full bath with jetted tub and separate stand up shower as well as an en-suite closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, desk, armchair, streaming smart tv and en-suite closet. The third bedroom is set up for a family to stay or "the children's room" with a twin over queen bunk and a twin over twin bunk, streaming smart tv and en-suite closet with children's supplies.

The entire house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

We are lucky to live in the same neighborhood and are just a phone call or text away but also want you to know it’s your space while you’re there and we will respect that. We are available as you need.

Upon departure we ask that you help out the cleaning team during your checkout, please start a load of dishes and laundry as well as take out any trash you have. This allows them to focus primarily on mopping and disinfecting
for the next guest.

Trash should be secured in trash cans only to avoid our local wildlife visiting unexpectedly.

We love animals and we have made our home suitable to accommodate your furry friends for an additional charge. Please be sure to always pick up after your pet.

* NO SMOKING INSIDE *
Please refrain from smoking inside the home!
Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

As an option, we like to offer our guests the ability to late check out at 12:30 (an additional 90 mins) for $50. This does create more of a rush on our end with an extra cleaning team member, but again, we know that many
people choose western NC for a relaxing vacation spot and we want to do our part to keep you here as long as possible!
