The main bedroom features a king bed while the second bedroom has a pair of twins. We also have a selection of air mattresses (both large in-home air mattresses and smaller one-person camping air mattresses) if needed for extra guests.

Half-mile walk to the Dean Dome. 1.2-mile walk to Kenan Memorial Stadium. A few hundred feet from the NC Botanical Gardens and its miles of hiking trails.

This 2BR, 1 bath apartment features original mid-century appliances, plenty of outdoor space, on-site parking, and more, mere feet from the most exciting parts of town.

This location is a 2BR apartment on the first level of our home. It features dedicated off-street parking, independent entrance, access to our back and front yard, super fast WiFi, and a select collection of LPs and books for you to enjoy during your stay.

We are a ten-minute walk from the Dean E. Smith Center (basketball), a fifteen-minute walk from Kenan Memorial Stadium (football) and UNC's world-class hospital, twenty-minutes from the Old Well (the center of UNC's campus), and twenty-five minutes from Franklin Street (the main artery of Chapel Hill). We're also less than a five-minute walk from North Carolina Botanical Gardens on one end of our neighborhood and a fifteen-minute walk from Merritt's Pasture on the opposite end.

The apartment features just about every streaming platform you could want, along with a Peloton bike with flat pedals and toe cages (IE: no need to bring your clipless shoes). We'll also provide a yoga mat and blocks for you to loosen up.

Our water heater is outfitted with a Grundfos pump, meaning you get piping hot water almost instantly.

In the front of our home, we've built a 1/4-mile mountain bike trail that features six jumps, two berms, and a sick transition! Users assume ALL risk that comes with riding the trail.

Speaking of mountain biking, we're less than a ten-minute bike ride (three minutes by car) from the Outdoor Education Center, which boast some of the best trails in town. Drive another ten minutes to the other side of town and you'll find Carolina North Forest, which offers seemingly endless trails for all levels of riding.

Our house also has a whole-home generator, meaning you'll never, ever lose power during your stay.

The mid-century kitchen is fully functional and the cabinets will be stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal (except the food part).

Our carport feature a Chargepoint Level 2 electric car charger to juice your ride back up. We don't plan on being home when we rent the apartment out but if we are, just let us know if you need a charge and we'll be happy to move our car.

Outside, you'll find a pair of rocking chairs, a café two-top, and an outdoor television loaded with all of the apps you'll find inside.

GUEST NEED TO BE ABLE TO CLIMB AND DESCEND STAIRS, AS THERE ARE SIX SMALL OUTDOOR STAIRS TO THE ENTRANCE. The apartment itself, however, is on a single level. No pets. No smoking.
