This home features an amazing community pool within walking distance and enjoy access to the HEATED Phil Hummel Aquatic Center Pool off Baypine Dr. Guests will enjoy the use of a 6-seater golf cart, making it easy to explore all that Sandestin has to offer—from the beach to the Village of Baytowne Wharf.

The home's open-concept living space invites relaxation and connection, with a large sectional sofa, smart TV, and coastal-inspired decor. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Dine together at the spacious table or grab a casual bite at the breakfast bar. Step outside to the private screened-in patio, a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A convenient half bath is also located on the first floor.

Each of the four bedrooms at "Baytowne Boardwalk" feature their own private en-suite bathroom, providing every guest with personal space and convenience. For child friendly fun visit the Baytowne BlastArcade & Laser Maze or head to the Baytowne Adventure Zone to zip across the lagoon on the Baytowne Zipline or try your skills on the Sky Trail Ropes aerial obstacle course. If they still haven't had enough fun, the Tower Climb and Eurobungy are attractions sure to thrill them. Smaller children will be delighted to explore the Baytowne Adventure Landing Playground. Relax while the kids play on this imaginative nautical themed playground with slides and towers galore.
