The condo has 2 bedrooms on the mains floor, a full kitchen with filtered water and 3 full bathrooms. A view of the amazing pools from the main deck offers indoor/outdoor living. The condo offers 2 huge private pools for guests in a gated, community. The pool area is surrounded by topical flowers and you can enjoy happy hour at small locally owned pool bar. A seven minute walk to the beach and many local restaurants. there is also a local mall offering small shops, restaurants and market for all your shopping needs. Our guests staying with us for 2 weeks or more have the option of purchasing a social membership for the use of El Tigre's additional amenities. The cost is approx $1000mx pesos per person for 2 weeks. This membership gives access to the exclusive El Tigre golf course ( green fees are not included) and clubhouse, the sports club with amazing tennis courts, pickleball and additional pools, plus a gym and optional fitness classes. The membership also includes access to the Playa Royal private beach club and use of the palapas on the beach. Included is a use of the shuttle which runs in a loop giving access to all the amenities and also takes you to the mall for your shopping needs. Whether staying in and enjoying the condo and its pools or venturing out you may choose to rent a car, bicycle, golf cart, take the shuttle or enjoy the walk to all the places that will keep you entertained for your ideal vacation.
