Resort Fee: Bayside Resort charges an Optional per-person fee for guests 5+ for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. 2026 summer rates are $65 per person (ages 5+) for a 3-day pass; $115 per person (5+) for a 7-day pass. The resort fee must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to arrival to ensure your passes are prepared and ready for pick-up when you arrive. The fee gets you into world-class Bayside Resort amenities including:
