The Landing at Coeur d’Alene features two fully separate units with private entrances, offering flexibility and privacy for families or groups. The main-level unit includes a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and a living room with a smart TV and video games. Down the hall are two bedrooms with queen beds and smart TVs, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a laundry room.

From the laundry room, step out to the covered back patio, where you'll find a fully fenced yard great for kids and pets, a Blackstone grill, outdoor dining table, and a private 7-person hot tub—perfect for relaxing in every season.

Just off the patio is a private entrance leading to the upstairs unit. This space includes a kitchenette with a bar area, a bedroom with a California King bed, and a second bedroom with a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed. Both bedrooms feature smart TVs, and the bunk room also includes video games. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo completes the upper level.
