Very quiet. Motorcycle week and we couldn’t hear them. Great to go to sleep to the sound of the waves. Awesome view. Bonus: just happened to go out on balcony a few days before the Daytona 500 and the Goodyear Blimp was so close. Got some awesome pictures.

Great price, great view

The building is a little outdated on the exterior hallways but all in all, it was a great place for the price. We enjoyed the ocean view from our balcony and the place was fully stocked with everything we needed.

We had a great time in Daytona. Condo was cute - had everything we needed, kitchen & bathroom were clean, had to clean the floor and put covers over couch & all chairs. A couple more hooks & shelves in vanity area of bathroom would be beneficial. We made it all work and had fun.

Great Stay!

Very nice condo. Everything was clean as promised. Great view of the ocean. Some of the neighbors were a little loud at night, but that was expected with the spring breakers starting to show up. Otherwise, it was very quiet and enjoyable. Parking was good with no issues. The bed was a bit low in the middle, but wasn’t horribly uncomfortable.

Perfect weekend!

Had a wonderful weekend in Daytona with the wife! The location of the property is awesome, 4th floor Oceanfront patio overlooking the beach, couldn't ask for more. The property was clean, big enough for 2 people, everything worked. We cooked in the condo which I love to cook. Sitting on the 4th floor patio overlooking the beach just listening to the waves roll in, is so relaxing and even when you leave the sliding glass door open at night while you sleep that's all you hear is the waves rolling in. If you want to be on the beach in Daytona this is the place!

The view was spectacular. My only let down was that the tv remote was essentially non functioning. It only turned it on and off, nothing else. Not the biggest problem though since people spend most time on the beach. Comfy bed.

The view from the balcony was amazing and the area where the unit was is very quiet and peaceful. The cushions on chairs in the balcony are in bad need of replacement. The sliding door needed two people to open, property manager was emailed on it and they took care of the issue although it took about 3 days for them to get in. Air conditioner worked well. Kitchen was comfortable to prepare food and cook in.

Great room BUT ..

The room itself was great! Except for the bed and flat pillows. The bed is so uncomfortable because it has a huge dip in the middle. We also had to go out and buy 2 pillows because the ones provided were flat. Everything else was great. We won't stay in this room again unless the bed is fixed.

After previous guests reviews about the mattress, a brand-new Signature Design by Ashley Chime 12-inch Hybrid Mattress was purchased from Overstock AND delivered on 5/11/22 before your arrival. We're uncertain if your false claims about the mattress having a dip in it is an attempt to receive some money back because you read previous reviews, but we don't pay for reviews. However, we welcome you back anytime because the mattress has been replaced :)

Overall good place to stay

We did VRBO so all instructions were emailed to us so we didn’t have to do any checkin process. The water does get scolding hot then ice cold but if you turn cold water all the way on and hot just a tiny bit it was better. My hubby worked on toilet some and got it to flush better. The only thing I would definitely recommend owner to do is put up blackout curtains. You could see in at night if neighbors looked over wall from their room and that good ole sunshine was shining thru early but other than that we had a pleasant stay!

The room was okay once we cleaned it upon arriving. The Hawaiian Inn is a complete dump. Overturned trash cans with litter all over the parking lot. Broken elevators, dirty hallways, pieces of ac units sitting just outside the entryway, ice machines out of order, outdated decor, broken and chipped tiles in the elevator and mold in the rooms. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I wish I could get my money back and go elsewhere.

Upon arrival, we ask all guests to report any dissatisfaction to us within the first 24 hours so we can quickly address any concerns. We wished you would have followed our procedures and brought your concerns to our attention. iTrip does not manage the building just the unit itself, we hope you understand and we wish you well.

Uncomfortable

The good things were the view is amazing, the kitchen had most of what we needed. When we got there and pulled down the murphy bed the leg was broken. We used books to hold it up but the maintenance man did come the next day but that didn’t help how uncomfortable the bed was. It was noisy, not very clean, could not regulate the temperature in the shower, changed from hot to cold the whole time. The pool area is nice and the unit had some great beach chairs provided. We would not go back here.

You are the FIRST to describe to us about the bed and shower, yet we're happy to hear our maintenance did complete the bed repair the very next day.
