We take all guest feedback seriously, but several misleading statements in your review need to be addressed. You stayed at our property for multiple nights yet waited until the morning of checkout to report any cleanliness or maintenance concerns. Had you notified us earlier we would have gladly arranged for our cleaning or maintenance team to address them immediately. Unfortunately, you never gave us that opportunity. More importantly, your claim that we failed to provide the promised refund is entirely false. We honored our agreement and processed your refund as promised and we have documentation confirming this. It is especially disappointing that you chose to leave this review after your refund had been processed, despite explicitly stating that you would not leave a negative review if we honored our agreement. Additionally, presenting a rideshare driver's personal opinion as proof that an entire neighborhood is unsafe is unfair. This is a very middle class, blue collar neighborhood. We made a good-faith effort to resolve your concerns and honored our agreement. While you are entitled to share your experience we believe reviews should accurately reflect what occurred, particularly when making claims that can be disproven with documentation.
