The open plan guesthouse features one queen bed and a queen-size hide-a-bed in the living area, perfect for couples or small families. The living room includes a gas fireplace and record player, and the reading nook offers a comfy chair with board and card games. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a microwave, hotplate, countertop oven, pots, pans, utensils, and prep space. You'll also find a coffee station with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, and hot water kettle.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The dining area seats four, and the private back deck includes patio furniture and a charcoal grill — perfect for outdoor meals or morning coffee. The property borders the Forest Service nursery, where trees are grown for replanting in Oregon’s forests. It creates a peaceful, open view from the deck, with a beautiful view of Mt. McLoughlin in the distance. From this spot, we’ve seen deer, foxes, wild turkeys, rabbits, and even the occasional barn owl flying low at dusk.

For wine lovers, several excellent wineries — including Hummingbird and Rellik — are just minutes away, with many more easily accessible throughout the valley. While the guesthouse offers a peaceful, rural setting, its location is incredibly convenient: just 5 minutes to Jacksonville, 7 minutes to Central Point, and 7 minutes to Medford. It’s the perfect base for exploring all that Southern Oregon has to offer.
